My guess as to why Cloud was #1 (and why the list is this way) is because the demographic of Tiktok users skews young, so you're going to see more affordable, sweeter perfumes.
I get the "omg you smell so good" literally almost every time I wear Cloud. From men and women. Never fails. It's definitely an affordable perfume that is worth the hype.
My girlfriend buys cloud in bulk it seems like. I tend to recognize when any girl/ guy/they/them wear this fragrance. It’s a good scent but after awhile it’s get old. Coming from a guy
I own both BR540 and Cloud and I get more compliments with Cloud than BR540. If I spray Cloud generously I get good longevity out of it so I tend to reach for it over 540.

My most complimented perfume is Clean Warm Cotton… it has a solid 2.8 stars out of 5 review in Sephora😂, but boy I get the MOST compliments with this, men stop and come back to me running asking me what I’m wearing, and I was baffled by how hated and unpopular this perfume is based on Sephora reviews. So ladies, don’t just blindly follow these trendy lists, if something works on your skin then wear it, not because it is trendy or popular, but wear it because this makes u smell unique and unlike everyone else
I have Clean Rain and its my first ever perfume. I like that its not too strong cus I always hated perfumes due to them giving me headache but ever since I found Clean I wasn’t the same.
More people own Cloud than they do BR540 due to the price difference. In any case, Cloud is an identical dupe of BR540, so any compliments for Cloud is earned by MFK BR540 since this was the original and the Cloud was its imitation.
I wish I smelled what others smelled with cloud. It smells so medicinal to me and bland. No coconut. I do love libre intense and I’ve been complimented on it before. So much a beautiful scent.
I've got a small bottle of Cloud, and I swear, it lasts maybe 20 minutes on me! You have to really 'overspray', so I usually layer it with something else....

My number one most complimented scent is Delina Exclusif, followed by Gentle Fluidity Gold and Fleur Narcotique. But I love LOVE my Oud Satin Mood. I still reach for it more than the others. The deep sultry scent has me addicted to it. 😆

I finally gave in to buy Valentino Born in Roma because I kept hearing great things on tik tok so I ordered a travel size to try out because when I smelled it at Ulta I was like okkkkkk I can see the hype hehe Cloud will always be THAT girl. It's so good !
I personally prefer Cloud over 540. Unfortuantly I'm one of those whom 540 smells medicinal. That being said, I purchased Orientica Amber Rouge and the "bandaid" smell is almost not there...but it smells spot on to 540! But yeah, Cloud is outstanding.

I always buy 100mls of any perfume; but with these, I buy the smaller, 30ml bottles with in a "Christmas" box - bc ppl moan about longevity, but - in that packaging & size, the longevity is excellent. I like quite a few of those. I’m not on tik tok and have no interest in it but I enjoy cloud (I’m in my 40’s so thought cloud would be too young for me but I really like it), and libre intense. I have crystal noir too and it’s nice but I have to be in the mood for it.

Burberry Her may as well be a body splash for how long it lasts on me. It is pretty but I feel like I can get the same scent at Bath and Body Works. Born in Roma fades fast on me too. My most complemented is Ralph Lauren Romance. My personal favorites are Flowerbomb Nectar, RL Romance, Michael by MK, Burberry London, Good Girl (Very smell too mature IMO) and Black Opium. Oh and Marc Jacobs Dot, but it's retired.
To me, Cloud is both cheap and expensive since it's like $50-$60 on Fragrancenet or Ulta Beauty but at the same time I can find it for $25 at like Ross which is WAYYY cheaper. I tried a sample of it, and it smells so delicious! Might get a bottle after finishing some of my other, small perfumes!

The sol dejaniero mist smells just like the Physicians formula butter fragrance that came out once in a box. I’m so sad it isn’t a permanent fragrance so i am glad sol has one close to it
I was wearing Dior Crystal Noir at my high school reunion. A lot of compliments. Some can't get over it. Saying goodbye to my guy friends... I dunno what happened but one just straight-up kissed my neck because of my scent. One said goodbye by smelling my shoulder. haha! these are my buddies in high school... like bros. Just know that this fragrance needs to be over-sprayed to project better... so wasteful but kinda worth it.
So I ordered a couple of samples to try some perfumes. The Hypnotic Poison EDP was wonderful. My husband liked the Libre more and I liked that one, but it ran much sweeter than the Hypnotic Poison. Then I put on the Good Girl. That thing was so gross. So sweet. Like somebody had sprayed Jelly Beans or something. NOPE! Unless Henry Cavill and Hugh Jackman are gonna fall at my feet, I'm not wearing it.
My most complimented, hands down, the discontinued "Dhalia Noir" by Givenchy. There's also Ramon Monegal "Flamenco", people following me up the street to ask what I was wearing!. Following that, I got a lot of compliments too from Baccarat Rouge, from YSL Libre and from Bulgari fragrances in general, specially the discontinued "Blue for women". Unfortunately, my two "wear everyday fragrances" are never complimented (Cristalle de Chanel, which is delicious, and Eau De Lancaster, that smells masculine and cologne like).

I’m very calm and happy because I found my signature scents for this spring/summer which are Nest Indigo, Killian bamboo harmony, Acqua di Parma Fico de Amalfi and Acqua di Parma Mirto di panarea . This unique parfumés are going to travel and get adventurous with me this 2022 spring / summer

The pink Sol de Janeiro always gets compliments when I wear even the lotion (bella flora or something? At work and the name escapes me currently) and the only scent my man comments on is when I wear Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia. Other women seem to like to borrow Prada Candy, La Vie Este Belle and Clean Reserve Skin scent.

I am VERY surprised. I barely can smell "cloud", just smells like faint uninteresting sweet coconut to me and does not smell like Baccarat AT ALL. The only one I love in the list is Baccarat, I like Burberry her, and I guess I could tolerate Good girl, although I find it a bit too obvious in its seductive intentions (tries too hard). I recognize the quality of Libre although I don't like it. To my taste the others are either "mehs" or "ews"
I was testing the original Libre and have no idea why it is so popular... For me it smells amazing for fist 15 min and then it gets laundry smell of a candle wax, and ends up with creamy cozy notes. Nothing special, basic b*tch and so on :/ Although I need to say that it smells on my wrist after more than 12 h and more than a day on clothes. Same with Cristal Noir smells for me like coconut oil and not in a good way

My most complemented is Ralph Lauren Romance. My personal favorites are Flowerbomb Nectar, RL Romance, Michael by MK, Burberry London, Good Girl (Very smell too mature IMO) and Black Opium. Oh and Marc Jacobs Dot, but it's retired.
My most complimented perfume is still Hypnotic Poison. The 2° is Hypnose - Lancome. Both vintages.
Good Girl Legere is so good! Better than the OG imo and very underrated.

To me, Cloud is both cheap and expensive since it's like $50-$60 on Fragrancenet or Ulta Beauty but at the same time I can find it for $25 at like Ross which is WAYYY cheaper. I tried a sample of it, and it smells so delicious! Might get a bottle after finishing some of my other, small perfumes!

My mom has been wearing Tresor for like 30 years. I asked her about it recently, and she said it’s the only perfume I’ve ever worn that I get complimented on. My daughter sprayed it on herself in ULTA the other day so she could have Grandma with her for the day.

Cloud is cheap. But most ppl on tik tok are younger anyways so that’s probably what’s affordable. Interesting video though. I threw my cloud away after getting MDK lol
gonna be real with yall, i LOVE cloud but wanted to try BR540 so i got scentbox for a sample. received the same and,,,i honestly think BR540 is kinda stinky lol. i prefer cloud bc it's sweeter and lasted longer on my skin.

I was wearing Dior Crystal Noir at my high school reunion. A lot of compliments. Some can't get over it. Saying goodbye to my guy friends... I dunno what happened but one just straight-up kissed my neck because of my scent. One said goodbye by smelling my shoulder. haha! these are my buddies in high school... like bros. Just know that this fragrance needs to be over-sprayed to project better... so wasteful but kinda worth it.
So I ordered a couple of samples to try some perfumes. The Hypnotic Poison EDP was wonderful. My husband liked the Libre more and I liked that one, but it ran much sweeter than the Hypnotic Poison. Then I put on the Good Girl. That thing was so gross. So sweet. Like somebody had sprayed Jelly Beans or something. NOPE! Unless Henry Cavill and Hugh Jackman are gonna fall at my feet, I'm not wearing it.

My most complimented, hands down, the discontinued "Dhalia Noir" by Givenchy. There's also Ramon Monegal "Flamenco", people following me up the street to ask what I was wearing!. Following that, I got a lot of compliments too from Baccarat Rouge, from YSL Libre and from Bulgari fragrances in general, specially the discontinued "Blue for women". Unfortunately, my two "wear everyday fragrances" are never complimented (Cristalle de Chanel, which is delicious, and Eau De Lancaster, that smells masculine and cologne like).
I always love your videos! I had before few of this parfumés (Valentino born in roma , Good girl CH) but now I’m more into unique scent. I’m very calm and happy because I found my signature scents for this spring/summer which are Nest Indigo, Killian bamboo harmony, Acqua di Parma Fico de Amalfi and Acqua di Parma Mirto di panarea . This unique parfumés are going to travel and get adventurous with me this 2022 spring / summer

I kinda want to buy cloud, but I want to try it everyday and maybe I learn to love it🤣. I tried cloud perfume two different times in store and was not crazy about it🙈.
I just bought Cloud to see what all the hype was about and I can barely smell it. It’s a very light scent that only lasts less than an hour. Probably going to return and put it towards something else.

The pink Sol de Janeiro always gets compliments when I wear even the lotion (bella flora or something? At work and the name escapes me currently) and the only scent my man comments on is when I wear Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia. Other women seem to like to borrow Prada Candy, La Vie Este Belle and Clean Reserve Skin scent.

I am VERY surprised. I barely can smell "cloud", just smells like faint uninteresting sweet coconut to me and does not smell like Baccarat AT ALL. The only one I love in the list is Baccarat, I like Burberry her, and I guess I could tolerate Good girl, although I find it a bit too obvious in its seductive intentions (tries too hard). I recognize the quality of Libre although I don't like it. To my taste the others are either "mehs" or "ews"
I was testing the original Libre and have no idea why it is so popular... For me it smells amazing for fist 15 min and then it gets laundry smell of a candle wax, and ends up with creamy cozy notes. Nothing special, basic b*tch and so on :/ Although I need to say that it smells on my wrist after more than 12 h and more than a day on clothes.
Same with Cristal Noir smells for me like coconut oil and not in a good way
