¿Por qué tu canal es tan bueno? Porque llegas a la lección de inmediato y tienes muchos ejemplos diferentes. There are so many RUclips instructors who waste time getting to the point. (I can't say that in Spanish yet.) I love having the pauses so that I can test myself. Eres uno de los mejores maestros. Por favor, sigues enseñando con tu estilo!
Muy cierto, Hay tantos/muchos instructores de RUclips que pierden el tiempo para llegar al grano. I like "muchos" better than tantos, Good luck with Spanish.
Espero que sigas haciendo estos vídeos. Encontré tu canal hace dos meses y los he visto casi todos. Me alegro mucho de haberlo encontrado. Creo que mi español mejora mucho gracias a tí.
Your videos are so helpful for me, all that trying to figure out Spanish word by word in my head, cripples me when I go Spain, I dont wanna be another brit who just knows "un frio cerveza por favor".
Another great video. One of the most helpful you tube channels out there. Yes, the grammatical terms are needed for looking things up. Very important for that reason. I used to ignore them… then got I too trouble as a Spanish major because I didn’t know how to interpret the Spanish / English diccionary or other language tools. These terms are what allows the second language speaking/ learning/ teaching world to formally interact and communicate important language truths to one another… even though they don’t allow you to directly learn the use of the language, I think usually they end up being a necessary tool for most language learners. If you have the luxury of being spoon fed immersion style your whole language learning life, you can go without them. But if you want to take your ability to continue learning your new language and reduce the power of fortune, luck, And happenstance in your language learning endeavor, whether it is your learning g style or not, accept and appreciate, and to at least some degree, utilize the grammatical terms. Don’t be like me. At least not the old me. Then You will be better than the current me. (Sage advise from the ancient one.)
I stop everything and start watching when I see a new Qroo Paul video up! I was looking for ways to incorporate conseguir and seguir into my conversation just this past week, so timely video. Thank you!!
Thanks! Excellent. This really helped because I'm comfortable recalling the gerunds, but wasn't sure of the rules with infinitives or conjugations. It also clarified the difference between pensar que y pensar en, which I needed. I think a video expressing blame or apology would be useful as it's so common. Great job.
I am up early to watch Formula 1 race. As soon as I saw you had a new video, I muted the TV. I am a huge F1 fan but a bigger fan of your videos. This one is excellent. Pleased I only got two translations incorrect. Yahoo.
I just encountered this for the first time today in a conversation with a native speaker and had I watched your video first instead of saving it for later I'd not have been so lost. Never skip Spanish Day.
Your videos always seem to fill in the gaps of confusion I've had learning Spanish over the last year! It's so hard to find people to explain things the way your brain needs them to be explained. Do you have any of this material written down in a document? Like lists of sentence starters/ phrases etc? That would be insanely useful!
Agradezco mucho tus explicaciones. Los encuentro faciles de entender y recordar. Me parece que entiendes muy bien los desafios que tienen los hablantes nativos de ingles cuando aprenden espanol. Y te lo agradeceria si puedes seguir publicando videos intermedios. Muchas gracias!
I'm glad you liked it. I have a habit of packing a lot of info into one video. When I start to explain something, I oftebln think -- oh, I bet someone is wondering why I used that word there -- and then we start down tje rabbit hole...lol.
Excellent, Paul! Thank you for including the conjugations, since Seguir is irregular! That is something I always find helpful. Bravo, sir. Bravo! Pronominal verbs.... for us pedants! Those who are pedantic...
Enlightened once again! Pronomial vs reflexive verbs. Excellent! Thanks for clearing up that bit of confusion! Sometimes your little side comments are the 'aha' moments of my transitioning to advanced/conversational levels, by helping to really understand, for the first time, these more in-depth grammar rules. Thanks Paul.
Thanks Paul! I’ve been practicing speaking Spanish off and on for the last 3 years. (More off mainly due to not advancing, which quickly leads to boredom) This includes purchasing Rocket Spanish over a year ago. I stumbled upon your videos within the last few months. Your videos are short to the point and very impactful. Which goes well with my short attention span😉. I can listen to a complete video on my short drive to work. I feel that listening to your Spanish lesson videos has more then doubled my ability to somewhat speak spanish in just the last three months. Thanks again Paul in my eyes you are the best Spanish teacher on the internet🤔!
And again, even though I’m fluent in Spanish, sigo aprendiendo de tus videos. I had no idea about “pronominal verbs”, and that reflexive verbs are a subset of that group. Kind of like “Todo tequila es mezcal, pero no todo mezcal es tequila”. I use these pronominal verbs correctly (intuitively), but I really like learning about the grammatical categories and rules, the underlying “why”. ¡Por eso esta seguidora seguirá siguiendo tu canal!
Every time I think I am getting somewhere with my Spanish, you come up with more amazingly formulated content. You missed your calling as retiree, a teacher, that is what you are. Many thank you's.
Paul I have nearly watched all of your videos and many times rewatched them to really ingrain the information… although I already know this construction I always find out that you give me new info… like the continuar + gerund. I just went to spain for a month and was able to use so much information that you have taught me… muchas gracias amigo!!
¿Qué es la tilde y 10 ejemplos? Ejemplos: cantaré, cajón, además, camión, balcón, tapón, galán. - Las palabras llanas llevan tilde en la vocal de la sílaba tónica cuando terminan en consonante que no sea -n, ni -s. Ejemplos: árbol, Cádiz, álbum, ámbar. - Todas las palabras esdrújulas llevan tilde en la vocal de la sílaba tónica. Yes it is an accent mark but there are at least two that I know of in Spanish. Forgive me for having to look it up.
Thanks, Paul - that one was REALLY USEFUL and has filled a hole where I've ended up rambling around to get my meaning across. Also the explanation for the stress marks which I only hazily understand - but (once again) this one was really useful! Thankyou.
Once again, you've provided such a great video explaining how to use seguir. I am really learning more with your videos. I practice with a native speaker daily, but on my own, I love your videos :-)
Best video format so far. It was a lot of fun to do this one with you. We'd love to see something with consiguir and subir same format if you could. I'm in spain and subir is used in what seems to be many different ways.
Can you do a video on "No tiene porque" From what I understand it means, there's no reason to or it's not necessary to. I hear it a lot in the tv shows I watch. I love your channel, thanks for doing it!!!

Una leccion genial como siempre - gracias (and answered my rhetorical question about pronominal verbs and reflexive verbs as soon as it popped into my head) jajaja

@@josedelnegro46 Ni yo sabia pero "tilde" quiere decir "Accent mark".
@@enriqueiii9209 Sip tilde significa acento
