It got used to freeze the game to play the stage music like a jukebox indefinitely until the power was cut, so most arcades don't install that patch.
i didn't notice the background of the fighter screen before and when i did i was terrified the Starfox Krystal Vore video in the background of the intro legit freaked me the hell out
