The Excel is nice but simplistic as investments are usually not that linear in nature. I started investing in MF 2 years back, and now I have increased my SIP 1.5x and will do the step-up after 2yrs and 1yr earlier, I did lumpsum. It would be helpful if you would Calculate SWP as per B7 of Sheet1
I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.
So far I'm doing good, approaching retirement with about 800k in savings. Transitioning from building wealth to spending can be scary, especially with soaring inflation. My question is, after maxing out my tax-advantaged retirement accounts, what next?
In my opinion, some financial situations can be handled on your own if you research enough, while others are best navigated in consultation with a financial advisor
Agreed, the role of advisors an only be overlooked but not denied. I was shocked that I made more money with investing than hard work, not even my CEO income. Earning ''return on investment'' fetched me millions within a space of 5 yrs.(But I still enjoy working)

The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
True, initially I wasn't quite impressed with my gains, opposed to my previous performances, I was doing so badly, figured I needed to diverssify into better assets, I touched base with a portfolio-advisor and that same year, I pulled a net gain of 550k...that's like 7times more than I average on my own.

This is a disappointing video. Anything which talks about beyond 60 years of age goes into retirement bucket with different set of risk. The following risks (serious) are not covered: 1. Sequence of returns risk from markets. Early withdrawal from a low market can seriously erode capital 2. Market crash. This is always a possibility and recovery can take over a decade. It can erode one's wealth. 3. As one grows old, one needs more assurance given complications like dementia. The certainty factor has a high weightage. Though SWP is a good tool, this must be considered as one of the tools. For a very long period (say 30-50 years) especially after working age must consider exposure to equity ~50-60% (or as one deem fit).

Would love to see video from you for creating wealth on investment strategies for age group of 48 to 50 years looking to create wealth now through investment and 15-20 years of vision may not sound practical or realistic for them

Very important post. Should be watched by more people. This should be common knowledge. Thank you so much for sharing the info in a clear and succinct manner.

Valuation of 50k won’t be same after 20 years. 50k₹ after 20 years is equals to 15,590 of today’s time (assuming 6% inflation). These number looks attractive but one should never neglect the current value future value aspect. Rental yield is still the better option I feel.❤
Do you give one to one advice to any beginner in investment? 😢 Im already embarrassed to ask this - your videos are extremely informative and enlightening!

Would love if you can clear the whole concept around what happens when you keep investing in already going SIP's with a lumpsum amount. What numbers are affected what are not and so on.
Great video! I really do have a question. For someone with less than $5,000 to invest, how would you recommend we enter the market? I am looking at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What’s your take on this approach?
I've been trading by myself. I'm not really happy with what's going on, just few weeks ago I lost about $7,000 in a particular trade. Can you help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
Loved how you incorporated the NAV Units in the excel for better clarity. If you could also factor in the taxes on the sheet it would help. Also if you could elaborate a little more on the taxes we’d really appreciate it.
@warikoo Please make a video about LTCG tax, section 54EC, capital gain bonds etc. in details, if possible. A good quality video on the topic is much needed.
Thanks Ankur for giving this knowledge👍 Although I already had knowledge on this, it still feels good to see you giving the knowledge. May be it's the way and enthusiastic in you makes it feel special to listen 🎉🎉
You're doing a fantastic job! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
all are doing sip, that's good. Even I'm doing it. But all experts are saying to continue sip till 20-30-40 years to see the magic. abhi buddhe hoke itne paise ka kya karna hai. paise to mujhe abhi chachiye. Nothing against you ankur sir. You have earned crores in just 3-4 years via personal branding. Huge respect for you.
Amazing video Sirji, I have to say that whenever I watch your video my confidence increases and I start to feel as I have already made crores of rupees and investment etc etc.. and bring that huge smile in us. Great information and sharing, Much appreciated.
Hi Ankurji , I am following you since last year it self ,I am from Goa, I like the content and to be practical , I require in this life cos the people who work in private sector they don't have security of the job . I feel proud to say that I started SIP after watching ur insta reels, I am following 2000 per month by bifurcating 4 parts , mid cap , small cap, gold loan and nifty 50. My age is 30 and I want to retire after 45-50 years that is after 20 years so , on the age of 50 i will be saved the Unit , can u tell me how to see that unit . Cos this is all new for me , thanks to you I am able to learn many thing.
Hey @warikoo you missed to explain how to calculate last coloumn- Units remaining. Also needed to understand the corelation between these coloumns better.
Okay, I understood the correlation sir! However, I think you failed to consider inflation when choosing the retirement amount. Like 50k of today would be less than 20k 20 years later? This point might mislead someone. Thanks for the calculator though! I love your calculator videos, it helps me plan my life super efficiently!
Sir kuch investment k baare me bataye jo business wale ya freelancing wale kar sake jinke income regular nhi hote jo job nhi karte wo log kar sake please sir🙏🏻
Very useful ! So to sum up, I have to pay monthly SIPs for a long period and then start selling the units from the age I want to start my income?? But my question is how do we know how many units are to be sold per month for, let’s say 75k Rs per month?
You need to create 8000000 corpus fund in order to get 75000 Per Month with a CAGR of 12% P.a You have a query related to Units Redemption. How much units sold require to get 75K For Example Today if 1 Unit cost = Rs 10 After 25 year with CAGR 12 % 1 Unit cost = 170 If you want to get Rs 75 after 25 years sale is 75/170 = 0.44 (approx) unit sold Balance unit remain is 0.56 unit.
I would like to add that the ₹ 75k income that seems lucrative now (when your subject is 25 y/o) won't be as lucrative when he turns 45. In these 20 years, assuming a 6% inflation rate, the value of ₹ 75k would be only ₹ 23.3k. And the example you took of never running out of corpus by withdrawing ₹ 50k/Month would be ₹ 15,590.24/Month in today's value. Also, we are increasing our income by 5% which won't even beat inflation that means that after 20 years you will be able to buy commodities/ things worth of ₹ 15.5k that in future won't even sustain. Only when he attains 55 years of age, he be buying things of ₹ 14,180 only.
@@nikhilhalyal1296 As per what we've seen in the video that might not last that long. So we must probably increase the investments per month. I did a quick math and it goes off the roof. :/
@@mvpd4t I don't think so I have calculated as well u need to do min 20k sip with 10 percent step up the math was matching sorry could not attach any screenshots here
I have one question regarding real estate and LTCG. If you earn a long term capital gain on a real estate property but reinvest the entire amount to purchase another property then you don't have to pay the tax on the profit that you earned. Question 1: can this principle be applied on shares sale and purchase? Question 2: If I earn long term capital gain from selling shares and reinvest that amount to purchase a real estate property, can I save myself from paying LTCG tax on shares sale?
Hey ankur what if we don't want the 50000 for one month then what should we do : 1. We should leave the sip as it is until 75 and then take all the returns 2. We can sell the units and invest in a higher return mf or an large cap (acc to the risk appetite)
Sir if market goes negative will this calculation works, for an example if some year it didn’t gave us 13% returns it goes to negative or like 6% returns Than what to do in such situation.
Not 65,75, or 100 Years, Its 45+65 , 45+75 and 100+45 years . Since we started the SWP from 45. Right ? Also think, the corpus of 77.77L if divided by 50K will be depleted in 12 -13 years. So its crazy that the same amount can give if invested and withdrawn in disciplined way can last longer. @ankur please make video on investment in the foreign markets and is it safer to invest as to hedge or as a contingency.
Hi Ankur, can you please make a video just on taxes for mutual fund income? Covering stuff like whether you need to pay taxes if the net income stays below 2.5L, etc.
Sir,It's really a good solution for us but my only question is what about inflation rate?. Is it really worthy after 20 years?1crore=20-25 lakhs(after inflation). Is it working then 7500/- per month SIP?If possible kindly give a reply sir. 🙏
Ankur, This is Nice in Excel World. But can you some time also show using SWP with some Broker and Mutual Fund as a practical so that everyone will understand how to setup a SWP. Please take this suggestion for your upcoming video.
Started investing in MF from 2 yrs after watching your videos.. Currently 2.55L invested and 78k returns.. Thanks bro... 👍🏻👍🏻 still following SIP 10500
Just a random question out of curiosity. Why didn't we consider the effect of inflation in this calculation? 50k won't have the same value 20 years down the line. We will require a lot more than 50k at that time to maintain the same standard of living that we currently enjoy with 50k.
Sir, it would be verry helpful if you could make a video on Income Tax filings..like how to file them and till what amount and when to do it considering a person with zero knowledge.
Great analysis, thank you! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

Ankur warikoo is very very very very very very very very very good 👍🏻😊
Valuation of 50k won’t be same after 20 years.
50k₹ after 20 years is equals to 15,590 of today’s time (assuming 6% inflation). These number looks attractive but one should never neglect the current value future value aspect.
Rental yield is still the better option I feel.❤
Thanks Ankur learned something useful which be helpful for building my future.
Do you give one to one advice to any beginner in investment? 😢
Im already embarrassed to ask this - your videos are extremely informative and enlightening!
Agar 77 lac ko swp me n daal ke usko MIS me daal du 7% ROI pe to mujhe yearly 5,39000|- milenge yani 45k monthly aur Mere 77 lac me koi Kami nhi...wo 100% safe...to kaun sa scheme sahi h sir...

Would love if you can clear the whole concept around what happens when you keep investing in already going SIP's with a lumpsum amount. What numbers are affected what are not and so on.
Sir SIP karna tik hai kya Nifty BEES ya ETF kharidna tik hai kuchh suggestion aapka

Thank you so much for this video Ankur !!!! ❤
You're doing a fantastic job! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
SCSS limit has been increased from 1.5mil to 3mil

all are doing sip, that's good.

You are the one who motivated me to invest in mutual fund
Hey @warikoo you missed to explain how to calculate last coloumn- Units remaining. Also needed to understand the corelation between these coloumns better.
Okay, I understood the correlation sir! However, I think you failed to consider inflation when choosing the retirement amount. Like 50k of today would be less than 20k 20 years later? This point might mislead someone. Thanks for the calculator though! I love your calculator videos, it helps me plan my life super efficiently!
Please share investment ideas for people whos age is 40.
Sir kuch investment k baare me bataye jo business wale ya freelancing wale kar sake jinke income regular nhi hote jo job nhi karte wo log kar sake please sir🙏🏻
Worth watching and listening, really happy and grateful
Very useful ! So to sum up, I have to pay monthly SIPs for a long period and then start selling the units from the age I want to start my income?? But my question is how do we know how many units are to be sold per month for, let’s say 75k Rs per month?
that is shown in the excel ,how much to sold and how many will remain
@@vaibhavsharma5588 Perfect! Thank you so much!
You need to create 8000000 corpus fund in order to get 75000 Per Month with a CAGR of 12% P.a
You have a query related to Units Redemption. How much units sold require to get 75K
For Example
Today if 1 Unit cost = Rs 10 After 25 year with CAGR 12 % 1 Unit cost = 170
If you want to get Rs 75 after 25 years sale is 75/170 = 0.44 (approx) unit sold
Balance unit remain is 0.56 unit.
Your videos are always valuable and informative.
Sir ETF ke upar video bnaooo.. please
Can you please share a video on how to earn money as a student. Thank you
I would like to add that the ₹ 75k income that seems lucrative now (when your subject is 25 y/o) won't be as lucrative when he turns 45.
Briliant video Ankur sir. Thanks for sharing this.
Just wondering how much 50,000 would be worth in the next 30 years. Would you be able to calculate considering inflation?
Yes it will be somewhere around 1.5 lakhs after 20 years so even that factor should be considered..
@@nikhilhalyal1296 As per what we've seen in the video that might not last that long. So we must probably increase the investments per month. I did a quick math and it goes off the roof. :/
@@mvpd4t I don't think so I have calculated as well u need to do min 20k sip with 10 percent step up the math was matching sorry could not attach any screenshots here
Good Evening Sir ,please tell me some investment which we can do every day.
Why you talking about intraday tranding
Sir me trading seekh na chata hu magar mere pas 0 knowledge hai kya aap ek complete series banoge beginners ke liye please
Sir if market goes negative will this calculation works, for an example if some year it didn’t gave us 13% returns it goes to negative or like 6% returns
Than what to do in such situation.
सर आप आप बहुत ही सुन्दर तरीके से समझाया है आपका धन्यवाद सर 🎉🎉
Thank you sir this is really knowledgeable content ❤
Not 65,75, or 100 Years, Its 45+65 , 45+75 and 100+45 years . Since we started the SWP from 45. Right ? Also think, the corpus of 77.77L if divided by 50K will be depleted in 12 -13 years. So its crazy that the same amount can give if invested and withdrawn in disciplined way can last longer.
@ankur please make video on investment in the foreign markets and is it safer to invest as to hedge or as a contingency.
Awesome video Ankur ji ...I am 51 years old and want monthly income from say 5 years from now....what do you suggest?
Hi Ankur, can you please make a video just on taxes for mutual fund income? Covering stuff like whether you need to pay taxes if the net income stays below 2.5L, etc.
Fact :- After "Retirement", You will still be working. Because we need something to kill time 😅

Monthly 7000 invest karne hai toh kon se mutual fund me invest kare???
Just a random question out of curiosity.
Why didn't we consider the effect of inflation in this calculation?
50k won't have the same value 20 years down the line. We will require a lot more than 50k at that time to maintain the same standard of living that we currently enjoy with 50k.
He did that, took inflation as 5%
Everything seems good until inflation comes into the picture...plz consider inflation as a factor so that a realistic calculations can be done
