I also prefer this kind of tough sea boat over so many modern over sized speed boats.
Very nice but the more traditional trawler design, is my type of vessel.
Hi John, what a coincidence your reviewing this boat on the occasion of your 70k subscriber's due to this type of boat is what your Chanel started with. All those Scottish built small trawler/explorer boats on paper pics and press photographs before you were invited to review real boats 😎 you've come a long way since then. Cheers Captain John from DougT
8:43 It's not a Recaro ... it's a Sparco ... it says so on the seat.

Should be a slider for starboard door I think. Port side probably could do with a grab rail all the way down the side under the overhang. Love the helm gives it a sports car drive feeling. Nice boat, feels looks like it could handle some whether. Nice review!
Well done John good video glad you showed that boat it's a fuel drinker keep up the good work cheers jimmy
Being able to put your knees under the steering wheel console, so simple but often forgotten
That shared head is an awesome design!
Gorgeous craft with a real air of purpose and strength about her. Thank you for taking us along!
Great boat!
I don’t see why this would not make a decent boat for the market, the Dale Nelson ones are good going and along with Seaward this is another classic design. Size is not necessarily important but the way space is utilised is a factor that can make a difference. Nice video.

That side door i hope is not just swinging on its hinge, i hope it has some feature to stop it slamming shut or wide open in a strong wind
Nice boat!
Really interesting boat.
Is this hull something like semi-planing or why it has only 23knts max speed? Selection of jets for such a slow speed is also bit odd…isnt it?
It avoids a lot damage and line fouling risks in shallow and tight waters plus the efficiency increases in the range where a fixed prop begins to loose out.
Electric diesel hybrid power, would make it more fuel efficient and quieter as well as cheaper to run.. walk on solar on the roof would help keep the systems running off grid.
Another great boat and vid 👍🏻
Thanks 👍
Interesting , Thank You. Looks like a well designed and built boat .
There exists a certain level of guest for whom I forsake the captain's cabin. I just don't want to take that far a step down when I go to bed. The rest of the boat is perfect, with the possible exception of engine maintenance/repair tech availability.
The galley drawer locking system, great idea, who manufactures it?
900 and 700L = 1600L fuel but only 350NM at 6-7knt. Is that right or did I get it wrong? If it's right it's thirsty.
Yeah, I think it's jet drive and those burn more fuel.
Wish I could afford that
Very nice, boat 👍👍👍
It sure is!
Hello! How come the cruising speed is only seven knots with this kind of power?!
The starboard side door’s design is problematic. It opens in a way that requires closing it before accessing the bow.
Why is he selling it? He has to be taking a big hit to his pocketbook, considering how little hours it has and its custom build.

Not much privacy with the gap above the head door leading into the spare cabin.
looks not so good door has to be closed to go upfront...others it looks nice and heavy
Weird how slow this thing is considering that it is a jet propelled boat with two rolls royce engines.
The engines are Iveco (the engine controls are RR)
A sea going work boat converted as an inland waterway cruiser (noting the lack of navigational and radar equipment).
I think she's underpowered for the drive tech she has, and her internal layout is very compromised.
I think I would much rather have a Hardy/Nelson/Seaward or one of the scandinavian semi-displacement boats over this, it just doesn't seem to know what it supposed to be.
She is a purpose built private vessel 🫡
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
Horrible interior plan. And a slow fuel sucker with short legs.
Molto bella. E sembra anche robusta, bravo e grazie
