20:26 okay, I'll take you up on that and put one here, which I've found extremely useful as a parent. If you look at most standard baby onesies, you'll notice they don't have sewn up shoulders, but the fabric covering the shoulder area is formed by two flaps of fabric instead. These are meant to be used if you have extra squirmy babies, or in the event of a diaper leak. When that happens, you can simply insert two fingers on either shoulder and pull outward to expand the neck of the onesie, which you can then slide down the baby's body rather than pull it over their head and risk getting their face or hair dirty.

But there's a very easy and quite effective way of stopping that, just remember that after pushing the tab back down against the top of the can simply turn it to point sideways it doesn't matter what side but it's really quite effective and I have no idea why it is, but I'm not going to argue against it.

For the hook at the tip of a tape measure, you didn't mention that the reason it can slide back and forth, instead of being in a fixed position, is so you can measure both inside and outside dimensions. The distance it moves is exactly the width of the hook. If you look closely at the end of the tape, you will see that the numbers do not go all the way to zero. If you are measuring an "inside" dimention, such as from the inside corner of a wall, the zero point will be on the outside surface of the hook. If you are measuring an "outside" dimension, like say the length of a piece of wood, you place the hook over the edge you want to start from, so the zero point is the inside edge of the hook. The hook moves so that the edge you want to measure from is in the correct "zero position" relative to the numbers on the tape.
There is also _ANOTHER_ little trick about *MOST* Measuring Tapes that I've _NEVER_ heard mentioned, & its for the _EASE_ of Measuring say, wall to wall in a room _WITHOUT_ having to bend Your *TAPE* up against the opposite wall, & all you have to do is simply put the start of the tape touching one wall, then, ( _WITHOUT_ bending Your tape ), Simply back Your Tape _Against_ the other wall, lock the Tape & take note of the _measurement_ ( up to the Tape ) & *ADD* it to the _TAPES MEASUREMENT_ Which *SHOULD* be written on the base of the TAPE itself..

In some outlets that are with 2 round holes (European ones) there are 2 metal prong like things, one at top and other at bottom of the socket. My one friend told me that those inconspicuous 2 prongs are for grounding if suddenly very high electrical surge happens. 2.) On dip pens (ones that you dip into ink) the metallic flap (I think it is also called as hood) over hole of nib is there to catch and to ink up nib for longer writing, hence why when flap is taken off, nib doesn't hold ink for long writing or inking the drawing.

Another reason why some coins have ridges while others don't is to allow similar sized coins to be told apart by feel. Cents and dimes are very close in size and so are nickels and quarters. But cents and nickels have smooth edges while dimes and quarters have ridges. Differences in edgings are used in other countries as well to differentiate different denominations. There is another use for the tabs on the cans. Ever notice how the open cans attract bees or hornets at picnics? It can be bad to pick up a can take a drink and find there was a hornet inside the can. Great way to get stung on the lips or inside the mouth. Reversing the tab reduces the opening sizes and makes it more difficult for them to ender the can. Do practice caution though as the reverse tab is NOT foolproof and they will still sometimes get in.
Yup I also noticed that. I kinda think that some videos, like older ones possibly were recorded with different microphone, ofc if Be Amazed channel has only one narrator, because I remember few videos where same narrator's voice sounded different in each part of same video. If Be Amazed channel has more than one narrator then this explains why the narrator voice varies in multiple videos. But again, this is just my speculations 🤷🏼♀️.
I'm sure they made enough money to have hired more voices by now.. I think they should do some with the voices conversing or adding to what they are talking about.... like the coin thing.. that is so the blind can know the different coins easier. The sizes are similar and the ridges help determine quicker... would have been a great side note for a separate voice... come on guys! @be amazed
For the tape measure there is a third use for the metal part. if you notice how the metal at the end Wiggles a little bit, it is not a defect, it helps you get an accurate measurement whether you're pushing the tape measure into something or pulling away from it!

Pocket watch pocket can also be used, supposedly, for change, too... But I warn you, it absolutely is not easy to remove change from any front pockets at all.
not even 1 "secret" in this video was a secret...
Hold up why are there 3 voices in be amazed
(Edit the calming one the shaky one and the one thats a bit scary)
Yup I also noticed that. I kinda think that some videos, like older ones possibly were recorded with different microphone, ofc if Be Amazed channel has only one narrator, because I remember few videos where same narrator's voice sounded different in each part of same video. If Be Amazed channel has more than one narrator then this explains why the narrator voice varies in multiple videos. But again, this is just my speculations 🤷🏼♀️.
@@Gh0st4rt1st ok thx man
I miss the calming one. So sad in my face....
@be amazed
@@BlacKollarGeneral ok but how can the blind see a video or use the internet just asking for a friend
For the tape measure there is a third use for the metal part. if you notice how the metal at the end Wiggles a little bit, it is not a defect, it helps you get an accurate measurement whether you're pushing the tape measure into something or pulling away from it!

The most amazement i get from smartphones is that they are incredibly powerful computers. I grew up when computers were beginning to become desk top size. You had to be fairly well off to have one. I didn't have one.
Who else started bouncing battery’s
I actually feel the weight of the battery in the first place to see if there's still power on it
Anyone remember solid pop tabs that came off? Anyone slice up a bare foot on one at the beach?

Fun fact. The watch pocket on Levis fits a small handgun perfectly. Any .22 or .380 caliber weapon will work. The handle sticks up at the perfect angle to quickly grasp.

They should make a video about them and their channel. Like who all works on the channel. Where they’re from and just general stuff about them... they been making such good content that it would be interesting lol
