    I've been exercising for. 3 months following online classes. Your types of work out is really good but you don't instruct us on breathing and you're too speedy. Behind you there are seniors. Please check their facial expressions . You'll understand me. Thank you for your effort. I'll follow you from now on❤

    Enjoyed the exercises but there were several occasions when the camera wasn't on the instructor and it made it difficult to follow. I prefer to see the instructor rather than the non-professional participants.

    I love these seated exercises! I know that this was released a few years ago, but it is a perfect workout to provide a little gentle mobility to the entire body. And I love that it's suitable for all levels and abilities! I am an online yoga instructor, and chair yoga classes are my favorite to plan and film too!🙂

      hi everyone ,if anyone else wants to learn about balance exercises for elderly try Loctavan Senior Fitness Strategy ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

    Thanks for this video. Great exercises to work all parts of the body. Easy to follow. Two points that could improve, though: the background music is too annoying; and the use of housework metaphores is not really appropriate--I'd rather forget about work and think about improving my health. How about some more inspiring ones instead of washing tables and cabinets? I can do the exercises without sound but it is not as much fun. Again, thanks for your useful exercises.

    Enjoy your exercises so much but sometimes a little to fast for me on 107 and some others I just slow down the pace but thank you for sharing :)

    i can do this iam handcap rigth now need lose weigth get my hip fxi can not stand or walk rigth now iam only 46 got health prombles

    When I.said I found your site on the email, I remembered it was actually my daughter who told me about it and sent me the email address. I think you are all fantastic, I try to do what I can but am inclined to fall backwards on my chair when doing the exercises but carry on anyway. Thank you so much for the help you give, you make it easy to understand what to do and you are so positive and I don't feel like I'm being pushed into doing something that may be a bit difficult for me. I have had that experience with a physiotherapist after I'd had a knee replacement, it was very very painful, and after two years I still feel the pain. Miriam, Ireland. 🙂
