Yea that's because this whole thing was a charade. Notice how he directed viewers to purchase something at the end.
The advice was generic, vague, bad, and contradictory. It was meant to look like even this somewhat successful ad exec goes to Grant Cordonne for business advice. Guarantee he earned a commission for appearing in this obvious ad for some scammy "entrepreneur university" online course.

And then the part where he goes "he's a freakin maniac" dude I almost lost it with the genius of that statement! I was hanging on every word!
There wasn't a single piece of advice that he gave this guy that he could have possibly figured out on his own! Wow! I'm just speechless! So deep and just brilliant!
People who don't give this guy the money they earned in their totally pathetic 9 to 5 jobs are just losers at life and total suckers! You're only not a sucker if you buy the product that this video was totally not set up to sell people who totally aren't suckers!
20 to 25 employees should be getting him to his goals but definitely sounds he has to hire more diehard salespeople or work on the strengths of his actual employees. leadership is key he should look within himself.

I am 27 years old and I am still stating out, working by myself in the digital marketing industry. I have the ambition to sell services worldwide, mostly in the West. Currently I am focused on improving my own tech skills, while watching GC training on the side. My goal is to also generate at least $100 million within the next 3 to 5 years. How do I find top sales people and make them leave their current position to join my startup without having much to offer them upfront?

Amin Akhmadi money is more of a measure of energy/resources, spiritually can overcome not having money. the way that MLK was able to have over a million people march with him instead of paying for soldiers. There is different kinds of resources, money is not king. Experience, ability, and raw resources are. I wish I could explain better but this will be a book after I grow an iconic business. As far as how you or I make should be kept personal. You don't have to agree to learn something either

Nobody doubts that Gary hustles but what he is saying is Gary if everything else failed had his fathers business to fall back on which many people don't when starting a business. I don't think that is taking shots, that is just stating facts.

I own a marketing agency as well but wow he makes 5M in revenue but only keeps 3% ? I think something is really wrong here. The costs that I have with my employees are much more less.
If I were to make 5M yearly I would be able to keep around +/-3,75M. He needs to change the way he works with his business. So much money losing on the table.

I highly advice you to watch Iman Gadzhi on RUclips he is probably the best person you’ll find that teaches about marketing agency. He is my mentor as well. Search him up watch his videos he explains everything in his videos.
