Forget about the money when starting out - solve a problem and money will come - focus on the outcome / the value you bring. Start a relationship on the right foot - you'll be compensated relative to growth. It takes trust between both parties. You grow as they grow. Prove your worth then go crazy.

he runs 7-8 companies without the need of cash, he's only making 7,000 but he's also using carefully selected natural ingredients to create super-expensive clothes, has a team of developers but he needs a few more, he has no clue about digital marketing but he's willing to knock the next door selling social media advice and grab 7,500 for 1 year contract, and he's traveling the world managing his enterprises while sleeping and wearing fancy clothes, though still trying to figure out the industry he's in.

Damnnn i feel the guy anger for business, after some years of experience from the first 5mns of the video i knew the kind of guy he was. He is going everywhere, he wants to do everything, and he just talk like if the customers will just do everything he say, " he will make this $$$ here then that here, lol every entrepreneur should learn to focus on one thing get it done right then you will have enough capital but mostly the experience in the process of growing and managing a business.
Focus Focus Focus, you do not need to fix the world,The world is a Huge market where every good entrepreneur can get their share and solve a problem they are skilled to solve.

this is one of the better videos i have seen on here. People on both sides of a similar situation can learn a BUNCH from this video.
Pieter in some ways reminds me of myself when i first started selling cars, lots of nervous energy and trying to give the "right" answers to the boss rather than shutting the fuck up when necessary and asking to learn. his mannerisms did get concerning when it seemed as if he was lying about his whole "plan for miami" only after GC mentioned talking to businesses to get money... I think i would have had a hard time not calling him out on that one.
Anyone in a management role needs to take note on GC's awesome demeanor and people skills while dealing with this Pieter guys different personality, GC is an absolute pro, copycat him.

This video is simply one of the best videos of all your Consulting videos, this kid is fired up and I just hope he can digest all the great insights you have him. Can't wait to see GC and Peter Petros in India. 32min well invested. Thanks again, GC your brain runs faster than a bullet shot going towards its target.
