Perfect review... "Didn't pull out much water" exactly the question I wanted answered
It’s still performing well. Used it over 20 times with some pretty bad stains through to general maintenance. I ended up epoxy glueing the wand/handle together as it kept coming apart. But apart from that, it’s 7/10 for me
@@HenryReviews yeah I've got a Vax rapide XL which cleans pretty well but doesn't remove as much water as I'd like. I've been spoiled by the big commercial machines I've had the pleasure of using.
The George I have does a much better job of pulling water out than the Bissel revolution I tried.
Your. Carpet will alway be a bit damp after no matter what cleaner u use. It sucks water out not blow dry it.???
U gotta keep pulling slowly towards u. Ya hoovering the carpet. And if sill damp if will still pull it out its so thin you carnt see it.
One major benefit of extractors is the transparent nozzle, telling you if it needs another go.
Since these can be bought separately to fit any vacuum, wouldn´t shampooing and using a shop vac suffice? Allowing the detergent to do its job, clean the grout or other hard stains, perhaps schrub.
Then vacuum, rinse and vacuum again. An extractor speeds up the final rinsing step, but does it justify the price tag?
These machines come into their own for upholstery and the like with the smaller upholstery tool. After many reviews and uses I found my George, which is practically the same, awful for use in large areas of carpets and absolutely not as effective as an upright brushing carpet washer, so in conclusion, carpet washing, not very good, for upholstery use it’s awesome x
Thoughts on me doing an upholstery review of it? Something of interest?
Any carpet cleaning machine will leave carpets damp
Using a carpet rake which opens the carpet fibres up helps along with a carpet air mover and dehumidifier helps to drag out any remaining moisture
Great review!! I have quite alot of numatic cleaners, and have the very similar ‘george’ varient, which is green and has the various parts to be used as a vacuum cleaner aswell.
I must say that all carpet cleaners do leave the carpet slightly damp, but they normally dry within an hour or two depending on the weather etc.
Also the tubes that you mentioned that come loose in use is a fairly common thing for those type of tubes. My george is supplied with the slightly heavier steel tubes, where as your henry wash is supplied with the aluminium tubes. Hopefully after a few uses they should wear in a little!
Your using it wrong. ive Had one for years and it's a brilliant machine. Never had a joint problem or wobbling head. Best machine by far.
I got the newer version of this recently and to be honest for dirtier carpets it did nothing for me. Tried pre wash with a brush first and nothing worked. It's just a water vac, admittedly it's built well but won't help for anything that needs work
Hi, Did you only use water or did you also use chem 4 shampoo?
Believe it can be converted to dry just like the geoege with a henry filter and bag
Thats why the last owner of my one super glued the pipes and end on ...
Hi there.
I am a carpet cleaner too. I have a question for you... I have a Karcher Puzzi 10/2. I am not happy with it anymore. What do you use?
Could I use this for hoovering and washing? Can it do both at the same time?
My heney wash wont spray water out but picks water up
your only ment to pull backwards with this machine
Following the instructions it shows a forward motion to apply the liquid and then agitated if needed, then pull back to remove liquid.
You may have noticed me moving it forward and backwards a few times rapidly as the pile is very thick so wanted the cleaning fluid to penetrate the pile.
Henry Reviews ok sorry for thinking that cuz it use to be just pull back on the other models e.g. George and older ones
Ah no worries 😉 most carpet cleaners recommend a forward motion while spraying so it opens the fibres and allows the cleaning fluid to go into the pile, then the reverse motion sucks it up. This Henry Wash needed a bit more agitation as it wasn’t the easiest of handles to use :(
Tyler Trigger It never was pull back on thd george too.Manual says otherwise for them aswell. Its literally a george in another colour
Henry Reviews upright ones I think are the best for carpet with the spinning brush it does better and easier to use my nans got a vac dual power pet I think it's called it's good but could do drying the carpet a bit better
This guy never had an issue with anything moving, he locked a pin on the suckers head that stopped it moving.

Anyone used this on their sofa?
Ur carpet doesnt even look dirty. Looks a ok mechine.
Left my carpet soaking wet
I have a karcher se 4002
glorified charles
Completely useless. Doesn’t do much cleaning and leaves dirty water in the carpet/sofa. Also leaks everywhere, and I mean everywhere.
They're no good
