I feel like I'm being gaslit by every other reviewer lol. This movie was aweful and everyone is defending it to the death.
Everyone has their opinions, but I think some people have lost the ability to A, read between the lines and B, Research, lol.
Yeeees! You have to DIG to find a legit honest review on this one!!! I think half their budget was for purchasing troll/AI accounts, the other half on the trailer, that was about it. Such a horrible and massively misleading film
The scene where I lost my shit was when Jesse just walked away when Kirsten Dunst's character gets shot. All that character development went down the toilet. You just don't leave your mentor/idol like that and don't give a shiy
The thing is the concept isn't even a bad one . A film or better yet TV show about a civil war could potentially be a fairly interesting concept if its not just partisans nonses.
People are pissed because the preview was 100% misleading!!
Soooo booooring! The biggest part of this movie budget has been spent on A1 and trolls to defend this pos film.
It’s just more woke propaganda.
Implying that service-members from other states would fight for against their home states with no thought is insultingly stupid. You can tell no one in the writing room has talked to anyone who was in the military.
Funny that the federal government wouldn't move all their big assets like warships, tanks, and airplanes out of those states before said states left the union either. Even the big national guard equipment is owned by the feds.
Its no the journalists we mistrust its the mega cooperation's that bought up all the news networks and replaced the journalist with talking heads.
The same cooperations that made this movie..
Journalists never were good guys they covered up the atrocities Of the Nazis and the USSR when those things were happening.
@@davidfrancisco3502 The Nazis never committed any atrocities if you know history. Don't forget that the katyn forest massacre and some others were put on them and they were actually commited by the soviets. The UK and US journalists reported Katyn was committed by the Nazis
In the attempt to make that point the film did everything else poorly.
This movie fucking sucked!
The movie definitely sucked; I didn't like the soundtrack as it was dated and no longer relevant to our generation. Also, the whole story was boring and didn't flow well. The only excellent parts were the pretty awesome battle scenes. I didn't mind this portrayal of Americans, or California and Texas joining up. I didn't find that unrealistic; maybe right now in our history, it is, but it is very realistic for ten years from now.
The soundtrack was WAAAY off in this film too! I'm glad to see someone else mention it!
The whole movie was trash.
I really liked this film. I do not understand the negativity about it. It was about violence that ensues when people stop speaking to each other truthfully. The cinematography was very good.
The trailer had NOTHING to do w the film hence the problem.
Seems like junkies and "journalists" have something in common:
The junkie always looks for his next fix, the journalist for the perfect shot (scandal)
