I think the bad comments are too harsh , it is ok to have many explanations, especially for those who are not so flexible. For me it is the best yoga class I had cause it really made me unlock a lot of things thanks to the slow progression to get to the pose. Maybe you should first explain everything and then show the exercices again with only the instructions without explanations because people who want to watch this video regularly do not need to hear the explanations all all over again.
