Wow... during Enoki I paused and went off on a tangent of your other videos about growing mushrooms - then hunting for wood chips, getting books at the library :-). This looks like so much fun... but wondering about growing outside in Arizona :-O. Could this all be done in a garage?

FYI, Tremela is readily available in Chinese grocery stores as "White Fungus", Wood Ear also is a popular item there. Both are usually available dry, but Wood Ear are sometimes available fresh

Bonjour, thank you for sharing this interesting information. I think shiitake mushroom is ranking high among medicinal mushrooms as well, and it is easy to find in your local Asian supermarket... as is tremella actually, that I buy there to make a traditional dessert. Oyster mushrooms are my favorite so thank you for another reason for cooking them 😁

As an allergist i greatly appreciated the socially responsible reporting of the allergy protective findings (ie quoted the study and model rather than “xyz has been found to protect against anaphylaxis” sans mouse model and 1 study in low impact factor journal (as the pandemic taught us very well how misinformation disseminates rapidly and destructively!)
