I've used a mushroom Stack of 800mg Lions mane, 500mg Cordyceps, 250mg chaga, and 250mg Reishi a day (with Ashwagandha and Rhodiola)... and I mostly started it to help with my own personal reasons, a big reason being to help with weaning down and stopping suboxone. But, the effect I've gotten from almost 2 months of daily use, are quite honestly, unbelievable. Its helped me so much, my wellbeing in general much higher, my mild depression/anxiety mostly gone, sleep regulated, sex drive boosted and my mental clarity and "thought processes?" have been in general, better IMO. And biggest thing, its helped me in a bunch of ways with the habits and negatives that I've been working on moving away from associated with my suboxone and mental/emotion addiction. It's just very interesting in all the ways its helped me, I've been very happy lately

Very educational and professional, but I found out that you do and I just had the thrive 6 and lions mane and cordyceps in my coffee and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. A few years ago, I found a lion's mane growing on an oak tree. I didn't know what it was, but a simple Google search told me it was lions make. Still not sure about it, I didn't pick it. 😕 I keep checking that tree hoping it left some DNA behind and would come back.
Alas it has not. But now that I know for sure what it us, I will be growing it this year. Currently I have spawn in straw in a laundry basket inside a black plastic bag in a closet. Also am incubating some spawn on cardboard in a bucket. So far so good! The cardboard spawn is growing so much faster than laundry basket. It's exciting!

Hi, I mentioned this before, I'm in the uk, blues are a winter mushroom here, and a gourmet mushroom, so sought after, and delicious, lepitsta nuda and the other lepistia savuum, or similar, wood and field blues, anyway I used to have a partner who freeze branded horses ,every Tuesday a box of liquid nitrogen was dropped off at her cottage, left in the same place always, one tuesday in July I found woodland blues growing around the place the box was placed, almost 6 months before they should fruit, was the soil cooled enough to fool the mushroom? I would love an answer. Cheers

Does lions mane lose its benefits by cooking it? Or do I need the actual supplement powder and pills in order to get the benefits ?

I am waiting to see the gastroenterologist, but I have had diarrhea for 5 months. I think it's IBS because I had that before. Will the lion's mane mushroom possibly help me? Are there any other mushrooms that are specifically used for digestive problems? Any I should avoid? Thanks!

Can someone reccomend a high quality source for Lions Mane extract powder and mushrooms in general? I'm wondering about Nootropics Depot Lions Mane 8:1 & 1:1 powder as well?

Hi great info although the beginning draw is a bit long, specially for non-Americans who cannot participate 😄 so thanks for the time stamp!
My question is, the lion's mane powder you buy is quite often packed as 60% fruit + 40% mycelium. Do you know if the mycelium has its own benefits or if it's better to get a (very expensive) fruit only powder?
For that matter, how about a full video on the benefits (if any) and myths about mycelium? Thanks!!

this might be to personal of a question but how has your libido been taking mushrooms? I've read they can all lower DHT levels. I mean you can grow a beard so im guessing your dht is ok.

@FreshCap Mushrooms I am interested in Lion's Mane for it medicinal benefits, especially for improved mood and focus. How long should it take to feel the benefits. Also, I see it is also described as 8 to 1 or 10 to 1 etc., what does that mean ? TY !!
