INGREDIENTS :
• 1 eggplant (240 grams)
• 1 teaspoon oil
• ½ teaspoon roasted sesame
Sauce :
• 1 teaspoon kelp powder / bonito powder for non vegan
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• 3 tablespoons mirin or honey
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons water
