Hey chas. The long tail kit I got on mudskipper .com it’s a great kit and I’ve had the same idea run through my head on using like a 36v or 48v 1000w motor on one of those kits it would be pretty cool. Thanks bud

Took it out today with the kiddos and went a couple miles and sat on a bridge and caught some good crappie. I love this setup still to this day and nothing has changed with it.

It was not. They forced my son to buy another one rather then offering a replacement. Then they sent him the wrong one. We surrendered and sold all of it. Too bad the motor ran great.

I got the mud skipper with the predator 212 on my 1232 jon boat. Little boat gets it down the river. Cost me a whole $400 for the set up

Ha yep. Reverse is a nice feature to have but it Can go way shallower than an outboard and I fish alot of rivers.

The shaft fell off when we put it on. It kept falling off and the company would not back the shaft. We sold it.

I got the mud tail kit online and it came with 2 props. It’s a reasonable kit for a 6.5 for $350
