This is how making the hair works-
1) Take your base colour
2) Make a random shape
3) Turn on alpha lock
4) Take the colour you chose and take the neon shade of it
5) Go crazy
6) Take the lighter shade of the neon colour (pastel)
7) Go crazy again
8) Take the most lightest shade of your chosen colour
9) Go crazy again again
10) Take the blur tool
11) Blur it out!
And there you have you hair texture!

Tip for the hair: dont make the difference between the colours that big and it looks Better if you use "dip pen hard" for the smudge thingy.

On the Kay’s one it didn’t work it only said shortcut one and the transparent OMG I safe (TWO TIMES) just came out wrong,I think it’s cause I’m on an iPhone and u are one a iPad/tablet
..so the transparent pictures aren’t saving as transparent to your camera roll?
Yeah. Mine either. I think it’s a bug with this new iOS update. And I really hope they fix it soon because transparent background are something I use a lot and I really need them more some of my art. Problem is, I’m not seeing many people who are complaining about this, so I don’t know if Apple will even care.
You can just download background eraser, it's easier
