The sister addressed the issue of the hair, she says she never said that the suspect’s hair was sticking out to the side, she said that there was one inch of hair essentially below the line from the cap, like as a sideburn. If you read the court transcripts you can only see him as guilty. Unfortunately everyone just wants to be a lazy sheep and believe the narrative without actually knowing the facts of the case.

I really don’t believe Julius is the one responsible for this murder. In my opinion he was framed.
There’s is absolutely NOT enough evidence to convict this man without reasonable doubt.
There’s so many errors! And he was not given a fair case.

    • @alyssay5702

God keeps telling me about Chris Jordan meaning he is responsible for the murder. Like Sneed, he shift the responsibility on Jones because Jones is a naive person. Howell's daughter has faulty memory. They are all led by CJ falsely. That's why Terrell was executed for similar reason.

    • @BizzieBrittany

Your evidence leads you to your suspect- not the other way around! He really needed representation that wanted to fight for him, not someone to show up and sit in a chair where that's a defense lawyer, a public defender, whatever. That jury pool was absolutely tainted- I don't understand how anyone with two brain cells rubbing together could come out with a guilty verdict on that flimsy ass evidence. This is so sad.

All of the evidence supports that Jones is guilty. There's no reason at all to defend this cold blooded murderer. The bandana, which Jones claimed wasn't his, had his DNA on it. The firearm found also matched the one used in the incident - and his girlfriend testified that she had seen him in possession of his gun long before the shooting. The daughter's eye witness account of the suspect isn't contradictory. She was referring to the sideburns, not cornrows. To this day she still says it was Jones that she saw kill her father. Several letters came up recently during Jones' clemency hearing. He admitted then and there that he did indeed write those letters, some of which were attempts to intimidate his girlfriend to lie about his whereabouts. No of those people in prison are reliable sources for information. Many of them either had contact with Jones and/or are receiving money from outsiders. It's well documented. All of those stories contradict each other. One of the prisoners is serving time for having murdered a baby by pouring boiling water on the gentiles.

I think you came at this case in a very bias manner. It's clear that you don't believe Julius is guilty from the onset of the video. Just tell the story and timeline without giving all the extra surrounding details to make the alleged preparator seem more relatable, THEN you can give your opinions at the end. You mention that the community wanted "swift justice" because this was a white man killed by a black man. Everyone wants swift justice when their loved one is murdered
The daughter, an eye witness says she say Julius Jones walk up to her dad on that day. In the trial transcript and in recent interview, the sister literally says the person DID NOT have cornrows, but a smooth hat. the description of the one in hair was misconstrued. the sister says this herself. Please more research next time
