There are so many different explanations of the meaning of Qi. In general, to understand terms better we always have to think “in which context” and “in which period” it has been used.
This is not a short video made for social media, it is part of my online course. Many students online asked me to explain the meaning of Qi so I have tried my best to make this video simple and as short as possibile. I hope this explanation can help make things clearer.
