    Glad I found this video. We live in Hampton, VA and have since 2010. Tried oysters for the first time tonight using your recipe as a guide. (Found fresh oysters for $1 each) Followed the recipe loosely, but stuck to the technique. Tasted SO good!!! Sauce may have overshadowed the oysters, but probably my doing. End result was fantastic! You guys are fun to watch and it was a very good video. I found shucking is harder than you make it look... You gained a new subscriber today. Thanks!

      Thank you so much for trying this recipe and subscribing! There’s nothing wrong with a lot of sauce that’s our favorite part 🤣 you should definitely check out our Etsy shop www.Etsy.com/shop/spiceaddicts we have a lot of great Seasonings and sauces for seafood. Hope to see you around the comments! 😀

    Add Italian style bread crumbs for an extra crunch. You two will enjoy it if you haven't.

    I'm new to the channel. I've been looking for a great recipe for this. I've watched dozens of different chefs making this with thousands of likes but you two only have a little over 100 . However, your recipe really out shines all the others I have seen. I will be following this one. It looks amazing. Repost this and see what happens if possible. I think people have snoozed this...

    AFRODIZIAC!!!!! 😍. Sis your nails 💅🏾 are always on point 🤩. Heavy whooping cream and Parmesan are definitely one of my Go-Tos for Alfredo pastas. My husband loves oyster’s but I don’t, cause he always eat it raw with lime and hot Sauce. But after watching the way y’all cooked this one, I’m seriously considering trying it 😃😃😃. Oh that Charbroil/grill aroma 🤤. Omg I can imagine the taste! New Orleans well represented! Thanks for sharing fam 💕. Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽 to y’all.

      Thanks so much!! My nail tech came to slay lol 😝!! The whipping cream and park are like peanut butter and jelly lol! And yes sis this can be your version of oysters while he eats them raw. You can even use the oven in some muffin pans instead of the oven as like a shortcut if you don’t feel like firing up the grill. Adding a little bit of liquid smoke will give you that grill taste. 🦪👩🏼‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳

    6:14 see, I can’t do chargrilled either. The texture of the oyster is still mushy to me. Charbroiling helps me with that. However, I love the Rockefellers. I’ll try the Rockefeller but I think I’ll charbroil them instead.

      Copy that cook it how it’s best for your tastes, it will still be delish!! Even if you loosely follow the recipe.

      @CookingWithTheCatrons  2 года назад

      Nice catch! I think that part was somehow cut out of the video 😂 so we added the bread crumbs right after the cheese while the oysters were on the grill but you can also do it before you put the cheese on. Hope you try this recipe it was delicious 🤤

      Hello Vivian Games👩🏼‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳. The cheese was put in at about 6:29. We then put the bacon in and the bread crumbs last. You can totally mix the bread crumbs and cheese if you like! Hope this helps!
