3:37 i always thought it wasn't the same segment as we've seen during the manga in this panel. idk... his clothes are slightly different and he's much more irritable. Why would he receive a letter from mondstadt and not recognize what's in it? i'm not sure, but i feel like it's another segment here. the vibe is different.
@@lina2ekira oh, it is. The one we see in game is the Omega Build, and we know of the Manga build and the Prime build mentioned in a Winter Night's Lazzo... two of the builds being in media outside the game 💀

Ok Captaino I can agree with you there because he’s the KING and COMMANDER of ALL the Harbingers and the Upper and Lower rank harbingers GLAZE him 24/7 except for my boy Scaramouche he got tired of all the Fatui Glazing him and Columbina she might keep up with the strongest archon Ei but how is Dottore stronger is it intelligence wise because he and Nahida had a 10 minute conversation and a battle of wits before dipping from Sumeru
Maybe. But signora was VERY obviously never intended to be playable, because she’s not on a playable body. That design, since the moment it was put into the game, was intended to be a boss. Also, her dress would clip to hell and back.. which is an obvious sign that outfit would never be on a playable character. Dottore, the way he looks now, seems to be on the “tall male” body. Which is a good sign for the future. So maybe he *is* intended to be a boss.. but you can’t tell that based on body type and clothes like you can with signora.
