Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/3 tsp
Kasuri methi(kasuri methi)- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon-1/2 inch
Green cardamom -1
Anise -1/2
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cooking oil- 3 tbsp
Cream - 2 tbsp

Hello Kabita ji. I tried this recipe at home. And it was an instant hit at the very first attempt. Also, i liked the way it tasted. As i distaste the sweetness in the market-made curry. But it tasted so yummy & creamy. Thank you that following your way of cooking, I got to savour good food, which in turn made me more confident. Keep your research work on & provide us with expertise about how to cook good.
P.s.: suggestion- try to provide us with some lost recipes.

I tried so many times to make this kind of paneer gravy but I was never successful. This was the easiest of all, healthy and tastiest till now. I couldn't believe that I prepared it. Mere husband ko pehli baar mera haath ki panner recipe pasand ayi..lol..
