Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)- 200 gm
Capsicum- 2
Onion- 3
Tomato- 1
Cashew- 6 to 8
Green chilli- 2
Black cardamom - 1
Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli -3
Cumin powder - 1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tps
Garlic cloves - 7 to 8
Ginger - 1 inch
Cooking oil- 4 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
