INGREDIENTS -
For Wet Kadai Masala:
Oil - ¼ cup
Butter - ¼ cup
Onion chopped - 2 cups
Green chilli chopped - 1tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1 ½ tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 ½ tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1tbsp
Cumin powder - ½ tbsp
Salt - to taste
Tomato chopped - 2cups
Tomato puree (fresh) - 2cups
FOR FINISHING:
Oil - 2tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Dry Red chilli flakes - 2tsp
Peppercorn (cracked) - 1tsp
Coriander seeds (cracked) - 2tbsp
Cumin (cracked) - 2tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1tsp
Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Capsicum green diced - a handful
Capsicum red diced - a handful
Capsicum yellow diced - a handful
Onion diced - ½ cup
Tomato diced - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
Water - 1cup
Paneer cubes - 3cups
Kasoori methi powder - ½ tsp
Coriander chopped - a handful
Cream (optional) - ¼ cup
