Honestly, I just want to know how the hell you'd do Chess. Would it be 2vs2, as a party, each side trying to overthrow the other's king? Or, would it be DM (black) vs Players (white), and all the pieces as NPCs, travelling the square apportioned lands of Chez Bo-Ard?
Could be fun...
I can tell they're not actually your friends and just hostages in your basement because no friend would actually consent to playing Monopoly.

Deficient you have this uncanny ability to make an hour feel like 20 minutes. Such a fun video. Would love to see dnd but actually it’s sorry, the amount of backstabbing potential. Like how most of my games go.
wow that was good! Props to the editor who did a full hour of color coded transcription *and* animation. This has definitely inspired me to play this with friends, and we *definitely* need a part 2.

i was literally so happy when i saw that this video had captions throughout the whole thing, much less COLOR CODED CAPTIONS?!?!??!? i have trouble with things like this and i also can have trouble differentiating between voices, so this is like a literal life saver for me and i truly appreciate whoever edited this video for putting in that amount of effort :D

This feels like the perfect blend of the Chaos of D&D, with the Chaos of Magic the Noah's Videos, mixed with the burning hatred Monopoly induces into people, 11/10
The work on this video, the editing, the game itself, this is an amazing use of monopoly and DnD and I applaud your creativity

I really want to play this and see what other classes are like too. when I was younger I used to play Monopoly all the time.
We had some house rules too, like if a player owned both utilities square they got to roll to shut off the utilities and all houses would be disabled until "the utility bill was paid."
Also if you owned an adjacent railroad you could travel to it if you landed on your railroad.
Coming up with fun RP style house rules was cool so this DnD version seems right up my alley.
MORE!!! (please 😃) But seriously, all five of you were brilliant, there were no dull moments and the concept is genius. I subscribed and I'm waiting for part 2 and for more D&D but actually other classic board games.

I recently used Freeform Universal RPG to basically run a more flexible and imaginative game of risk (ie players could make checks to develop necromancers, ally with the fae, and one player even built a tank at the end of the session). It was quite the experience, and I think the kids I ran it for really enjoyed it.
I realized halfway through the way to win is to own properties and make friends with the monsters to slow down the dragon
This was awesome! I'd love to see "Sorry" as DND.
