So I live close to a TX National Guard unit and see Apaches all the time, but one time on a motorcycle ride with my dad in a rural area I about jumped out of my skin when one flew right over us from behind with his wheels just high enough to clear the trees. I talked to a pilot later at an air show and he said that’s is the area they do off field training at, also got to climb in the cockpit so my excitement is immeasurable!

Definitely cannot WAIT to fly the Longbow! Janes Longbow 2 was one of my all-time favorite flight simulators, but I know it won't hold a candle to the accuracy of the DCS flight model and aircraft systems and realistic operations. I CAN'T WAIT!
😂 Yep I’m a Janes Longbow nut as well, did so many hours in that game/sim. I agree this will be on a whole new level. I’m hoping there will be a "hand holding" mode to get me started though as I know I’d struggle slightly to get going, I can see me spending two hours just figuring out to switch on the engines! 😆
@@andrewharper4296 I wish I had that time. I remember doing that to the ka50, a10 and jf17. I will wait until I do for this one. Im not sure on how complex this thing is, and I know squat about helis 😂
Pre-ordered few days ago. This is my first pre-order in DCS (all previous purchases have been when the modules were in Early Access already). I just got into DCS seriously only in 2022 and this "game" grows on you the more hours you put into it. The sense of accomplishment of learning just one more system or skill and becoming proficient in it has no parallels in the gaming industry. The cockpit starts to truly feel like "home". Familiar. It's even more amazing when you watch real life footage of some of these and see that it's all the same and you understand all the HUD symbiology and what each button does. The Apache and Cobra are my 2 favorite attack helicopters from childhood, and cant wait to be able to fly it. Modules like these transform the game by essentially adding a game within a game. Eagle Dynamics deserves all the financial success for what they are accomplishing and allowing us to live our dreams from our computers.
At AirVenture 2021 this year in Oshkosh I noticed that an Ah-64 was on display in Boeing field. I already knew the heli was in development so I walked over to the long line and waited for my chance to sit in the pilots seat. When I finally climbed into that beast of a machine I was at a loss for words. I wasn't allowed to even touch the control stick but looking at the amazing technology was breathtaking. When I climbed out, rather slowly, I told myself that I'd buy this heli on dcs the day that it came out. I am beyond excited to learn to fly this work of art that I physically sat in only a couple months ago.
This sim platform just gets better and better, we have come along way from the days of apache longbow and fighters anthology. Very well done Eagle Dynamics.
Words cannot describe how excited I am right now. Great job ED for brining my Childhood to life! Growing up around the Apache this has been a dream for so long.

My goodness that is the coolest thing I've ever seen! Well done I can't wait to fly that thing!
Mal wieder ein super Verkaufsvideo...lange drauf gewartet, habe ihn mir schon gekauft freue mich darauf
ED any chance we could have the A-10C instructor do the training missions for the Apache? He had the perfect voice. "Do not jump ahead and start mashing buttons and throwing switches" LOL :)
Watched live stream, Pre-ordered, watch trailer some more, wait for early access, reminisce on my teenage years in Janes Longbow and Longbow 2, watch trailer again! Glowing Amraam really knocked this one out of the ballpark!!!
"Smoke 'em! Shoot 'em, nab 'em, grab 'em! Shake 'em, bake 'em, cook 'em! Broil 'em, kick 'em! Twist 'em! ALL GONE, BYE-BYE!"
I AM THE GREATEST!
And on my command... Unleash Hell...fires!
Got my pre order last night. Feels like it was a week ago. Can’t wait till December. Taking a week off work.
This is the definition of savagery
I've never been more stoked for a dcs module before.
No, thank YOU. That was epic.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! -NineLine/Norm
My favorite helicopter in DCS ! Thank you so much Eagle Dynamics ! You are the best !
You are very welcome! It's you guys that are the best! -NineLine/Norm
Nope, fuck it this mind as well be real life. Amazing Job @Eagle Dynamic. Bought the module right when the preorder came out
This... this right here is what is going to pull me back into DCS. I've been waiting, ever since Jane's Longbow 2, for a proper Apache simulator. Thank you Eagle Dynamics!!
Yo, this is the best thing, i have ever seen. Amazing work!
This DCS trailer is brutally beautiful... pre-ordered, of course! Awesome work Eagle Dynamics!
ITS HAPPENING LETS GOOO
Best DCS Mod YET, Pre-order mine, ED has done it again, can do no wrong, Worship the Eagle. " Now let's get to work"
Meanwhile at polychop…

...crickets...
I hope Kiowa will be a great DLC, too.
This might be a good add on to help me whean my self into this type of games. I find the ground attack role to be a easy start IMO.
Absolutely brilliant trailer! Best yet.
I agree. Glowing Amraam excelled again.... Smashing. Many thanks and kind regards, Nick
The best module in DCS World! Good job guys!
Me : Lets GO !!!!
My wallet : Ah shit, here we go again.
My kids started dropping money in Dad's steam account. lol I'm ready.
Mine too my man. Mine too.
i will sell some furniture, or my body
This is what we've been waiting for so long....ED made it true!! Thanks to the whole ED Team!
Thank you for your support and kind words. - Scott / bignewy
@@EagleDynamicsTV already pre-orded of course!! Yeah
Dans le panier et validé, 13 ans que j'attends ce moment, merci ED ;)
Yeah, give whoever put together this trailer a raise.
Looks like we got a sneak peek of the new troop movements as well, I like it, I like it a lot 😎
I hope so! 🤞
Wags and Bignewy said that the troop movement had already been in there. Alot of people made this comment on another video and they mentioned it isnt new.
That is our current infantry with disperse under fire in its advanced waypoint actions. Thanks - Scott / bignewy
@@EagleDynamicsTV good to know!
@@EagleDynamicsTV
Oh really, cool. Can’t wait to see the improvements!
Thanks ED for implementing Miles on ED shop!
Thank you for supporting our work. - Scott / bignewy
My wallet: Aw crap, here we go again... 💸
Why do I keep buying modules when I don't find the time to fly them?! 😭 Ah right, because ED is awesome and you deserve it for *your* passion and dedication 🤗 Keep up the outstanding work ❤
We appreciate your support and the abuse your wallet has suffered in the name of fun :)
I LOL hard on this. I think there's such a large fanbase like me that just hogs up the modules but have no time to play (yet).
When I was a much younger man, Jane's released Longbow 2. It was one of my all time favorite games at thisand this video almost made me cry. I can't freaking wait.
Great memories for sure, we hope you will enjoy. Thanks - Scott / bignewy
куда деньги высылать?
я бросаю деньги в монитор, но ничего не происходит.
Hey I'm Dutch so I don't know what you are saying but I used google translate on your text and it tells me to keep throwing more :P
Worked for me though. ~50 You-Roes gone and I've got an AH-64D preorder in my account.
@@iHeatlock He said "I am throwing money at monitor, but nothing happens")
@@alexandrmozolin6835 Он понял все. Продолжил шутку, что надо бросать больше денег :)
@@iHeatlock i've tried even with coins... now i got to buy apache and monitor.
I love how they sent a fucking hellfire after a single person
Awesome trailer as per usual. Never fail to disappoint. Looking forward to flying this awesome weapon.
I....This......My dog exploded......This is hands down the most epic thing I have ever watched on RUclips.
I am begging you, give me a little taste, I don't care what. Let me valet it into the hanger for you or Windex the windows with a newspaper......Please just give us SOMETHING!!! ANYTHING!!!
I hope I don't come off as some sick wierdo, but does anyone else think that DCS should consider adding a dismemberment system? Or a basic blood sprite that shows up on FLIR at the very least.
Wow...that trailer...well done! Are those voice overs from real life recordings or were they recorded for the trailer? They're the most realistic ones I've ever heard, I'd love to talk to the guy who processed them with effects :)
Hi! Many thanks, glad you enjoyed it! :) The voices are indeed from real recordings and actual AH-64 operations. Not much effects were applied there, mostly just removing some of the "hizzing" high frequencies.
@@GlowingAmraam Relieved to hear that haha :D I always spend ages trying to make my voice overs sound realistic, but I've never heard anything THIS realistic. I was gonna ask you about the filters you used :) Anyhow, terrific trailer, great job, mate!
