I build trucks for Ford, 10+ hours a day.
And I THOUGHT Nike React was the answer, until I tried on the Nimbus 23. And holy shit.
They built those like a tank, with better cushion than any of the react sneakers Nike has. Super comfortable, way more durable. Around the same price point. I see now why people like David Goggins and others are seen with ASIC shoes. It’s all there and you feel it in the build of the shoe. And when I go to the store to get a pair I don’t feel bad spending the money. You just get more bang for your buck with ASICS dude.

I'm glad you added the Novablast at the end! That was one of my favorite shoes of 2020. I agree that occasionally the base seems slightly unstable (especially during sharp turns), but the energy return and bounciness of that flyte foam blast is UNREAL!

Asics literally will change your feet, I didn't realize I needed them till I had them. Durable, stylish, good traction in lots of conditions (snow, ice, dirt, gravel), EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, just a good shoe for everyday use.
I used to have so much foot pain before switching from other brands. Since I bought them 9 months back, my feet have been amazing. I am a janitor, I beat my shoes up on a daily basis running around a large school campus 8 hours/4 days a week. No holes, no sole failures, no reduction of comfort, nothing that will retire a shoe. Just the regular wear marks on the heels and toes. The traction is holding up well too, still have a decent amount of traction. I'm impressed, it has been rare for my shoes to hold up this long with this type of wear. It saves money in the long run. Who knows, maybe I'll get a couple solid years of daily use out of mine. That is Japanese quality and engineering. Cannot say that for many other brands I've owned.

i need a high arch shoe. so i use high arch inserts with the nb. what I'm really looking for is something with stability but agile as well, and not too much drop a slightly more versatile slow run shoe basically.......what is it? the nb also has a bit too much drop for me. still my favourite though.

What’s the difference from amplifoam and flytefoam? Specifically looking at the trabuco 9 and sonama 6. They have the same style of tread at the bottom and from pictures kinda look the same as a whole.

I get tired with the nimbus lite 1 do to its softness and being mushy. Does the version 2 feel very similar?
