Great foam update, gonna be the best GEL-NIMBUS. But I will pick the Lite 3 for sure. Keep these styles coming please, no more dull Asics! Love the looks, can’t see any gel is a plus for me.
That Cumulus is going to be the best seller for Asics. I am still rocking my Cumulus 22 and love them. I used to be a huge Hoka fan but Asics is becoming my favorite brand
Agreed! Noosa 13 is just a much better and lighter evoride 2. It’s my favorite shoe in asics rotation. Kayano 28 is the most comfortable shoe I’ve worn for work/walking
Have not used an ASICS since 99. Can’t believe how different their shoes are. Just got the Glideride 2 and Nimbus 24 yesterday for my marathon after my mishap with all the blisters I got using a Nike Pegasus during my IM 70.3 last weekend. Will wait for the Noosa 14 to come out for my 5150 on Oct
I have a couple of hundred kms in the Gel Nimbus Lite 2, all long runs, and really like it. It's not as cushioned as I wanted, but it is surprisingly protective of my 62 year old feet for my long runs. I think I will stick with the model when this shoe wears out. Thanks for the great review.
I have been running in the Nimbus LITE 2s since they first came out and I think I have over four or five pairs of them… I burn through them quickly. They don’t have a whole lot of cushion in the forefoot. When they start to wear down I tend to get blisters on my left foot by the big toe on the side and I broke three toes on my right foot running in these. I’ve read other people experiencing the same toe issues with this particular model. Wondering how the Nimbus Lite 3s compare. They’re certainly pricey for as quickly as they wear down!
@@HH-gv8mx since my post 8 or 9 months ago, I stopped using these shoes and now run exclusively in Saucony Endorphin Speed and have been doing my long runs in an older pair of the Pro. From what you've said, you probably should look at a different shoe. I do buy my shoes from the cheapest source I can, but will go to a good running shoe store to get fitted in the right shoe first. Since switching to the Endorphin range, I have not had any foot issues, although when they get to around 800-1000km I start to get pain around the ankles, so I then go buy another pair. I am not specifically recommending these for you, I'm just suggesting that you need to find a shoe that works for you, whatever the brand.
@@htmonaro1969 Thank you for your thoughtful response. You are so right. I think it’s time I go to get properly fitted into the correct running shoe as I’m sure my foot has changed in the last decade and a half. Hopefully I will find a shoe that fits both of my feet without feeling like I’m wearing a flip-flop on the right foot and having to tape up the left foot like I’m putting on ballet slippers.
Very cool to see Flyte Foam Blast in the other Asics lines within 2 years of the new foam release! Why can't Nike be bothered to put ZoomX in the legacy Peg (not counting Turbo)?
Price and durability. The zoomx is so soft you’d need a lot of it to minimize your chance of bottoming it out. It’s also very unstable especially at higher stack… I’d love to see a peg turbo with 2mm less react and 5mm more zoomx.
Ahhh my favorite brand. But that Noosa has changed. I had one about 6 years ago and it had more stability. Everyone loved it, and people always smiled and complemented.😄 I have not tried the new Noosa. I just ordered couple of asics for myself, but not Noosa. Wish me luck with GEL-QUANTUM LYTE and GEL-CUMULUS 23 😊 I am addicted to these shoes, and I love the gel, but the blast. ❤ So bring the eggs 😅
Was secretly hoping on some novablast 3 footage, bet you guys have some inside knowledge that you can't share yet.. anyway great stuff coming from asics, looking forward to it.
Magic Speed 2, Meta series v2, Tri Noosa 14 and torn between the Nimbus and Cumulus for Easy days. Watch Seth De Moor's interview of an Asics rep who revealed the release dates for Nova 3, Magic Speed 2 and Meta v2 series.
Big fan of the Noosa Tri 13 but it is that slight harshness in the midsole which sometimes makes me reach for a different shoe! But always love it when I do run in it. So I think the slightly softer 14 will be great!
Like the updates to the noosa 14 but the aesthetics design not so much (find the colorway design better on the recent ones ) The 13 is a great shoe especially when the mid warms up and softens a bit .
I do not run but use running shoes for my daily walk. Lately my forefoot has been getting sore around the 4 mile mark, I’m looking for a good runner/walker shoe. I presently use a Reebok Floatride ENERGY 3. Any recommendations?
All these shoes provided GEL - CUSHION & COMFORT only on the HEELS whereas no one notice that almost 60% runners put FIRST pressure on FRONT or MIDDLE FOOT. As I am the front foot runner …. Can you tell me the exact shoes for me ???
Was there any mention of updates to the Asics Trabuco Max trail line? Really loved that shoe but the taper at the toe was just too much for my foot. Been eagerly awaiting an update for 2022 but so far...crickets.
The uppers on all the brands are getting more simplified and streamlined, but is it the 800-lb. elephant in the room that they are all beginning to look the same (apart from color/cosmetics)? Apart from their logos, the uppers on ASICS, New Balance, Saucony, etc. are beautiful but almost interchangeable.
ASICS - should take a FAT GUY/FAT WOMAN and see the results. (Like Jared of SUBWAY) For me, my eating diet changed and used to crave Pie and Cake. Now I run every other day and watch what I eat on my run day.
I like these videos when beers are involved.

have you run a marathon in these? I plan to run my second marathon in Noosa Tri 13 next month but im really worried about the low cushion

I’m excited for what ASICS is doing in 2022 and beyond!
Me too!. They are very much in the process of reinventing themselves.
Noosa softer and lighter is 🔥🔥
Heard it is softer than Hoka Mach 4 but reviewer didnt clarify on the weight
I will choose the nimbus 24. Current original nimbus lite feels so good. The next one would be glideride 3, idk when they introduce it

Novablast 3? Metaspeed Sky 2? Come on Asics!
We tried...
What's good is that Asics is clearly listening to their customers

Going down 2 mm in drop in the Cumulus is the big story here imo. Excited to see how it performs!
How do the cumulus 23s compare to the 22s..they’re finally on sale! 🏃♀

Hi guys from 🇪🇸.Here my like. My vote is for Asics Noosa tri14. A nice week for everyone. 🌦🏃♂️🌞
Please start making things in 2E in cool colors, not boring plain ones that no one wants. We can't help we have platypus bill's as feet
Truth 😂
Was planning going from Novablast to Novablast 3 but that Noosa Tri 14 sure sounds good😋
I had the Nimbus 22, tried them out as it's always hard finding good shoes with wide feet. Any idea if they'll continue to offer in wide?
Cuándo llegarán las tri noosa 14 a Chile?
Yes I like the 2 and 3 that you said will lunch in feb 20 22 and june now i leave n spain Barcelona so available here? Thank u

Psychedelic shoes, got to have those!
Any news on Glideride 3?
I really feel like this video was shot in the dungeon of the Blue Oyster Bar.
Hi i m from Bangladesh how much in this running shoes?
Great shoes! Unfortunate that the Noosa is not any more a tri shoe...
WTF IM SOOOO EXCITED FOR BOTH NIMBUS ...
Is the Glideride 3 secret or something? Would like to see that update. Same with Evoride 3. Thanks for the reviews.
They wanted to keep it under wraps for now. But I’m very excited for the glideride3 update!
Any info about the Novablast 3 release/updates?
Can't show/give any info yet but you know we'll give the news when we can

Can't show it yet, but on the way
Noosa 14… you had me at softer midsole.
Are these 2 auto techs?

He didn't say so much about the midsole in lite 3? No FF blast+? Or did I miss it?
I think I missed that as well(
Huh. No love for stability. And it's Asics.

I would like to see some AI stuck under my feet .. would love it if it massages my feet while running .. c'mon Asick you can do it!
