HP Elitebook 840 G5 - Not power on - keyboard blinks - Ne pali se - blica tastatura

- My friend try to power on laptop after a while and only he see is keyboard blinks 2 times and that is it. After some inspection I realised that battery is totally empty (laptop is working fine with disconnected battery) so I just "re-alive" the battery with my bench power supply and after that all was fine.

Moj prijatelj je pokušao da uključi laptop nakon nekog vremena i prilikom uključivanja samo tastatura zatreperi 2 puta i to je to. Posle provere, shvatio sam da je baterija potpuno prazna (laptop radi dobro sa raskačenom baterijom) pa sam samo "oživeo" bateriju sa svojim lab napajanjem i nakon toga je sve bilo u redu.
Molim vas, ovaj video je samo za zabavu, a da ne pokušavate ništa sa snimka ako ne znate šta radite. Posao prepustite stručnoj osobi).

I just pressed the power button for like 15 seconds, and it worked
On charge or on battery power

I tried everything, pressing power button while charger is in, press without charger, remove battery connector and press, nothing. Battery was totally empty, so that was a root cause. Thank you for sharing your experience! Friend call me few days ago, he have same issue, this time he put laptop to charge in thunderbolt connector and laptop start working again.

How can we do if don't have those instruments?
It is hard, best way is like this. Or when laptop start acting like this try to connect to thunderbolt input to charge.
My laptop's capslock and num lock blinking 5 times
And then i open the back cover and remove Ram and ssd and then i put them back in their slots but when I press the power button the blinking keys stops blinking and nothing happening now
Try different RAM memory if you have spare one, it can be dead memory stick.
