Hi, my HP laptop is not turning on properly. When I try to turn it on it takes me to a blue screen that has the options, 'continue, use a device, trouble shoot, and turn off'
I've formatted and updated the window, it became normal but after two days went back to the same problem.

First you can try by changing RAM and SSD or HDD, if same problem then you need to service your laptop motherboard thanks.
