Hi, I have this Saeco royal coffee machine since last 3years. The problem now : 1. The machine grind more beans but less water come out. Use a lot of beans. 2. The machine display show "Decalcify" . I have done the descale process and rising as your tutorial exactly but the display still shown "Decalcify". Please help.
reiss clubTV not sure if you found out how to get rid of the decalcifying message, but If you hold down the steam button for five seconds it will be removed.

very good. sometimes though i couldn't get his italian-accented english otherwise it was perfect.
very help full, now I can schedule a staff to keep our machine in top condition.
its not necesary to put a jug under the black plastic frother
