Hi sir first of all I would say thanks for spend your valuable time to teach for young advocate and I'm abdul razak practicing in Tirunelveli district court in Tamilnadu.
Sir, I liked your statemen exhorting the young lawyers to build values first in themslves. It is very true and need of the hour. We have to build values first whether we are young or experienced lawyers.
Good evening sir. I'm an advocate and currently working in a law firm but I feel that I should start my own practice. I too am from nagpur and did practice for 3.5 years at Nagpur district and sessions court under a senior advocate. I'm 31 years old and confused that whether I should stick to the law firm job or should I start my own practice. Please share your valuable thoughts. Thank you
I think given the option available to you it would be preferable to start practicing. And as the appropriate time comes you may clear the bar examination. This way you would not be deprived of any experience that you may get while practicing at the bar.

If you are asking about the membership of the bar associations in the district court and the high court then I would say yes it is possible to take membership of both the associations simultaneously. There was something that was going on about membership only of one bar association. But I don't think that has materialised.
Sir, I study in class twelve, I want to be a lawyer. But my family or relatives or acquaintances are not in this profession. Also a few days ago we changed the accommodation, we are not familiar with that. So can I succeed in this profession? Speaking from West Bengal
Dear Sourav! I am happy to know that it is clear to you that you want to be a lawyer. This is really a very noble profession and will give you so much if you are really determined to make the best of it. You can serve people and Society using your talents through this profession of law. There are many other side things that you will also enjoy. Albeit there is an initial waiting period in the profession but the rewards of your patience and steadiness and commitment are satisfying. On this channel itself I have uploaded a video for people like you who are in dilem whether or not to join legal profession as a litigation lawyer. Please watch that video. Hi! Without acquiring a law degree and a Sanad (licence to practice law) you cannot start practicing law in courts right now. But you can join some lawyer's office as an intern if he allows.
Congratulations! But I would suggest you please keep taking guidance from a senior lawyer right from the start! That means right from the drafting till arguments. Because a very new lawyer, may tend to skip or miss certain important aspects of the case. All the best.
