I am Mahesh Chourasia from Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh.
Absolutely, it makes a lot of difference. This point only a practicing advocate can understand. Others would term it as, "just an excuse to hide your incompetence".
Sir, Thank you for informative posting videos . It helps to improve the quality of a ordinary person or newly law students who are facing issues to enroll as intern under any practicing advocate , because lack of information, links to connect them . 😊
Do you look into U.P. cases? My mother is fighting a case against my father's family for 20 years now for her jewellery and her part in the property of my father who died due to cancer in 1999. Since then, the case is going and still she has to go to court. I have already lost hope but she still wants to keep going. She told she won once but the Father's side challenged again.
Very informative and relatable video. Sir I believe it is rather difficult for girls to go into litigation and that too in the criminal litigation. Please make a video on that how girls can make a successful career in criminal litigation......

Respected sir! I recently joined a senior lawyer's chamber. His sons are also lawyer. The problem is he makes me do petty works like he asks me to get some documents xerox, or type dictations, or search for files. And this is all I am doing. What should I do. Should I leave the firm or should I continue and try to tackle the problem ? If I leave the firm , I may offend them and the problem is I will have to face th everyday in court.
