    Had the privilege of witnessing Om Prakash sir argue before the Hon'ble Karnataka High Court (before the bench comprising the Hon'ble CJ) pertaining to the IBC, 2016. It was an absolutely amazing learning experience. His presence and arguments before the Court were stellar to say the least.

    Respected Sir why Wills are challenged when no counter will is produced. Challenging registered wills on grouns of unsoundness of the testator etc. Are encouraged
