Over the years I've seen several reports on this house, and it remains to be one of the most beautiful I've ever seen: airy and cosy, well designed and made of good material, yet unpretentious and layed-back.
I've seen this house in other channels and I continue to watch any video of this house. I'm glad The Local Project covered this house too. It's nice to see it in their perspective.
Creative features and designs for a home on a small lot. I love the glass doors on the perimeter that allow ocean breezes to be felt within the home. I also love the fact that these ocean breezes in combination with upper floor windows that open will create a cooling effect within the home. Love the use of the hallway for the library. The open balconies on the upper floors are quite nice as well. Very nice home.
Hermosa doesn't have that "vibe" anymore; maybe 25 years ago. At first I was like, "cool, they're in the South Bay," but realistically the community vibe in the area is lacking. Kind of a sad departure from the Australian content.
missing the australian architecture totally understand that local project wants to expand its horizons but i loved seeing special, unique and local projects in australia.
Not gonna lie. Im not liking these American House Tours. I thought the local project was an Australian brand that was you know... local to Australia. The is so much saturation of US house tours on youtube but barely any focusing on Australia. Disappointed
They've done like 4 and they are still posting homes in Australia. As an American, I prefer the design vernacular of Australia, but it has been really nice to see some US homes featured with the quality of editing and videography that TLP brings to the table. I'm just happy that The Local Project continues to grow. They deserve it.
Two points to make: 1. If only the bayside suburbs of Melbourne would allow such height density you can see along the beaches of LA in this video. Bocks back of nothing but 3 level buildings, nicely spaced out. 2. Interesting the owner of the house has a Tesla but no solar panels? Guess they aren't that environmentally conscious given the performance gas guzzler they also park in the garage!
The guy talking is a better fitness enthusiast as he is an interior designer! This house is totally out of Local Project style. The interior is cluttered, fully stuffed with junk and all different ideas, which actually need much more space to breathe. Everything is tight and squeezed. The architecture of the house is just average. Interior design is a failure. Sorry... better to be honest than sweet.
The recent change in the character of the editing of your videos has substantially decreased the quality of your videos. You're focusing too much on aesthetical meaningless effects instead of actually showing the details that really matter on the project itself.
in this one, they actually showed entire spaces vs. countless short clips, many of which focus on curtains blowing in the wind. As much as I love the work the videos are highlighting, it's often difficult to really get a feel of floorplan, scale of rooms, etc. This one was more focused on use of the home so the layout was more integral to the order of the video.
@@ewmagency There are also other options in this world. You may want to explore some, not to limit yourself to favelas and gates. I prefer nice and comfortable spaces.

I love the whole aesthetic of the house..
The editing and musical sync was next level, great job.
Love the layout of this one, the designers perfectly blended the outdoors with the indoors! ❤
Beautiful house!
Let's also take a moment to appreciate the video editing, this was on another level! Great job!

Love every inch of this home.
Truly a dream house.
I love this. A great example of how you don't need a huge house to have something that works for a family.
Gorgeous. Love how open and light this design is.
Beautiful home, and a video that that shows it off wonderfully. Cheers local project team.
Beautiful design, message delivery. music and videography!!!
El efecto es cálido y acogedor. El uso de la madera me encanta.
Reminds me a lot of Australian coastal homes, open plan etc I do love the use of the brick wall.
Нежные цвета и оттенки подобрано. Хочется находиться там и наслаждаться этим кусочком своего мира.
It feels like a resort home in the middle of the city. Thanks Local Project 😎

Guys, the music you use for your videos are fabulous. Did you have a playlist or something?
J ADORE
Nice work. It seems like your North America series is just to go to houses Joe Fletcher has photographed 😆
this is lovely!!!
Maaaan this is a sick house😍
Espectacular
How is the bamboo controlled from growing all over the place? Is in in a concrete planter built into the slab?
Love it! But that poor piano must be in need of constant retuning due to its location near the open doors.
Прекрасная работа архитектора спасибо
very nice
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Would you be able to list the music you use
music playing in the first half of the video?

Anyone know the first song?
I think that sliding glass panel wall cost more than my entire house did.
Jesus, this is really beautiful. Makes 'mansions' loo disgusting in comparison.

I’m sorry Was there a house in the video?

The person who creates this video - who are you? Alien? One does not simply to shoot interesting film about real estate.
Meh
Location does not seem to be worth the effort, neighbours don't look as pretty.
The white and blue house next door is adorable
@@ewmagency I googled that street, it's like an expensive favela.
@@aammssaamm Yeah, you'd probably prefer a gated community
