What back breaking work you all did to bring this property back to life. I love the tile base boards inside the house. So amazed that all the roots from the yard did not budge the brick pavers in the courtyard. It came out beautifully. They still look pristine. Great job to all of you.

Residência belíssima, merecia modernização, restauração ... Um bom arquiteto poderia fazer um novo planejamento, aproveitando as formas originais do prédio !
Que lugar lindo, imagina restaurar fazer um tipo de pousada ou pensão, hostel uma espécie de hotel, maravilhoso, como deixaram um lugar desses abandonado.
Wow !!! What a beautiful place , I could see this as an adnb , fix it up rent it out for months at a time because if I got there , I wouldn't want to leave . I could see rattan furniture to sit on the porch , hanging plants , beautiful outside rugs . Just a place to relax . I hope someone would fix it up make it a home again .
Good teamwork does wonders! This is a beautiful place, and it was such a magnificent home to the late owners. Instead of keeping it empty, now they can use this beautiful place for community development programs or a humanitarian center for the local government unit. Kudos to the team!
