I thought when you were doing the front and sides that it was going to be straight forward - but then you went to the backyard, OMG! A lot of work there. A Magnificent transformation! Good Job 💖
It was originally designed for weeding in paddy fields, hence the long shaft, like many things it's been repurposed, the bamboo crushers is another now sold as a wood chipper
I used to keep my yard the best in the neighborhood. I miss working in the yard. I have a bad heart now and cannot work that hard or long. I do miss it. this is indeed stunning transformation. Good job.
Absolutely love the work you do. You can tell you’re not afraid of getting your hands and everything else dirty. I applaud your dedication and hard work. 👏👏👏
I love how to homeowners are always SHOCKED by the transformation...LOL As if they can't understand how cleaning it up and making it not completely overgrown and vacant looking could POSSIBLY make such a difference. LOL Great job man!!
@Fran R ... Actually, I was wondering why he did not removed those as well.... My husband always says, " when you do something good, you might as well give out your best! "
Nicely done. Your work cleared the way so that the new folks can see the realities of their space. There’s quite a bit of cement hardscape; your work gave them a head start on being able to see the real bones of the area. Going forward this could become an attractive space. My thought was that a whole lot of Roundup would be needed to gain real control over the space and then some really interesting plantings could come in over time. Thank you for sharing your time and talent. Your work is a real gift to the new owners.
The lawn mower sounded like a mosquito on steroids, as well! I decided his microphone must have been set to all treble, no bass! But the visual transformation was perfection!
I would have to disagree with the "King of the Weed Whackers" comment. LOL AP with Clean the City has him one upped for sure. That is his favorite lawn tool. 🤣
Wow. Very empressive! You did a very detailed job but you made it look so easy. It turned out beautifully. I hope you have a hot tub to enjoy this evening and an ice cold beer. Thankyou for helping others in need and for making your community look so nice.

Me also, watching these videos wants me to go out and work in my yard. You did a nice job on that yard, I'm sure the new homeowners really appreciate your hard work
*Went out to meet an old lady in the hills above West Hollywood to clean her house and yard. Steps kind of up on a hill like this. Reminded me of her. Really wanted to help, but her mind was so flakey that I had to let the job slip away... Too bad, I really could have helped fix her up... So, it's always nice seeing others doing this type of work...*
Great job there Seth. Looks like a different yard. I like the before and after...it's one of those jobs you see the fruits of your labours...a nice clean establishment.
That was the most exhausting video I have ever watched …. Yet so relaxing and exciting at the same time. Can someone explain why our brains enjoy watching content like this. I am truly curious. RESPECT for a fantastic job to a fantastic man!
These types of videos motivate me to get up and get busy! I am 68 and now that I am retired my yard has never looked better! But..it is hard work! This was amazing! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
I am also 68 and get complimented all the time on how nice my yard looks. It looked as good even before I retired and I don't know how I did it, working full time plus a lot of overtime. Now that I'm retired, it is more tiring but still very satisfying. I keep it very low maintenance as far as plants and shrubs. They are all drought tolerant (no watering) and plants are ground cover, shrubs are dwarf (no trimming or dead heading).
I am also 68 and I hated yard work when I was 18, 28, 38, 48, 58, and still hate it and that is why I pay someone to do it. LOL Wish I did like it, but nope, not going to happen. Besides I have Hay Fever. Give me a dirty greasy car to work on and I am ok.
@@fredmaxwell9619 ... Why not do both? I'd rather work on my yard or "fix" cars - than waste time at a gym or just walking around the block ofr exercise. There was a time when kids (teen-agers) would cut yards, trim shrubs, wash cars or trucks etc. Now they'd rather whine about - I can't find a job?
What a difference. It's very satisfying to watch, almost as satisfying as if I did it myself. I am a neat freak. If I was younger, I would help others with their yards.
You are a smart worker. Plus you wear gloves and bag all that you mowed or whacked. It looks like an entirely different property. You found a front fender I was waiting for the rest of the car. You are a hard worker. Thank you. Be safe.
Tough cut there in the back. But the after picture looked great. I always wonder why people let their fences get so covered up with brush like that... Thumbs Up!
I.m not being critical, I just wish you had weeded more on the sidewalk cracks and such. That's just my favorite part to watch. You did a tremendous job
Thank you for removing all the grass it makes it look so much better. So many of the landscaping people don't do that anymore. They throw the mud and grass on the yard and then mow over it. Makes it looked so unfinished.
"NEW" homeowners?? They bought this mess. The house must be absolutely fabulous. With renters lack of maintenance I sincerely doubt it. Must have gotten a real bargain.
It's hard to believe it's the same place was that a finger r a worm that flew on to ur camera I'd love to see the walls power washed they look nice can't wait for ur next one I had to watch this a second time I loved it so much
Armed with only a weedwacker for this job, and unable to use a lawn mower for most of the job, you still did a phenomenal job of taming that backyard. And this was in an urban locality where you can’t just dump off the clippings. And the back yard was at a steep incline. Color me impressed. I”m sure the homeowners were impressed as well.
Great job, it looks alot better. That is an unusual back yard, it kinda looks like there might have been another house or something back there at one time with the steps and railing. Again great job !!!!
Actually it is quite common to have steps leading up to the backyard. My city is extremely hilly and steps in the backyard are very commonplace. PIA to mow, but it is what it is.
Seth what type of gloves do you wear? I see they are fingerless. I trying to find out if what you wear might be a better option for me. Currently I wear fingerless weightlifting gloves with gel in the pad of the palm. I started using them after I broke my wrist at the age of 60 when I fell off a ladder. It helped with the vibration when mowing and weed whacking. I hate weed whacking the most, it takes me as long to weed whack my yard as it does it mow it and it’s harder on my back. I have a big lot by today’s standards 70 x 110. I’m now 70. Enjoy your videos.
Hi Seth That sure was a lot of grass, it must rain heaps and lots of sunshine to allow the grass to grow so much I like that you left some green covering on the fences as it looks very bare when everything is cut down You surely need a warm shower after all that hard work Cheers from Melbourne Australia 👍🏻❤️
This is why I laugh at people who are so concerned about global environmental issues. If all of us would just take care of the space we live in and our neighborhoods this would be a much better planet. Love these videos. 🥰❤️
This has the potential to be amazing. For me it's sped up a bit too much and it's quite zoomed in, so it's hard to get an idea of the big picture. I think a little slower and some better camera angles and this channel could take off like Lawn Care Juggernaut, SB Mowing, etc.
Thank you I’m brand new to editing and videos. I do have a new camera to get a wider angle and new editing software to have more control over speed/noise thank you for your feedback!!
I enjoyed watching the transformation you made on the front yard and I actually was shocked when I saw the back yard. I was also surprised when I noticed that this work was recorded on the day I retired from work at 66 years + 12 days old. Your video ended 2 hours before I drove my computer stuff back to an empty office and turned in my keys to the only person there (Covid shutdown). I don’t understand why the “NEW” homeowners didn’t take care of their lawn. It’s usually one of the things done when moving into a new home.
@@4everpwboneMaybe this is a paid job that he’s allowed to film because they didn’t move in yet?
Seth you did a wonderful job to work alone. The homeowners will be glad.
My only wish is that the homeowner has had such a jump on this cleanup from you is that they continue and clean more and keep up with it.
I used to keep my yard the best in the neighborhood. I miss working in the yard. I have a bad heart now and cannot work that hard or long. I do miss it. this is indeed stunning transformation. Good job.

Your lawnmower sounds like an angry bee! I love it!
This yard recovery is amazing!
It sounds like when the get stuck in a tent or between 2 layers of plastic😅
Great work think God for people like you
Look good . You need to get a leaf blower to clean bits of cuttings around .
It would be good to see all that newly exposed concrete get a good power wash to compliment the yard work!

Masterpiece, this one. Unrecognizable from the 1st pics. WOW!!!
Huge improvement, especially around the stairs. I hope the homeowner removes that thick brush along the fence line. Love your videos.
