As of now, every online tournament (e.g., Titled Tuesday) should require the camera to be turned on with sufficient quality to track eye movement and be recorded for every orginizers representatives to review in case of any suspicious reports or allegations. An additional camera with enough zoom should also be set up to clearly show what’s happening on the desktop
I still don't get it. The "cheating' was done in the context of a speedrun and didn't involve the current position. This should be a non-issue. For tournaments I agree with you, but that is a separate issue entirely from this controversy.
Do you think it's unreal to get some sensor feedback for the moves or sound clues? There are so many possible options to cheat, so this won't fix the issue.
@@qdexy Yes, fair point. It won't fix the broken moral laws of people, but it can be useful in reducing or discouraging such cheating. Cheaters will always find a way around it. But remember that throughout the centuries of warfare, history has shown us that for every tactic, there is a counter-tactic, and for every new weapon, there is always an antiweapon. I don’t follow many chess streamers on Twitch, but Gata is unique. He despises cheaters, and so do I. He’s authentic and doesn’t pretend to be someone he’s not just for views, likes, or sponsorships. He speaks his mind honestly, without putting mask on or sugarcoating anything to please others. That’s why I like to watch his streams
This film is so EPIC that I find myself coming back to watch it from time to time, even though I already know everything in it. The way it’s put together is a true masterpiece!
Great video. Singles out main points cutting out the bullshit around it. People calling Kramnik insane or crazy must not have watched his videos or are crazed fans of the subjects. Any objective observer comes to the same conclusion.
That was a topnotch video production! The comment of Danya looking at the naked picture of Dina on the wall was epic! Although I like Daniel as a good commentator, I have to admit the cheating problem is so important that it justifies Kramnik's fight against cheaters and deserves praise, even though it went against Daniel. Point being nobody ain't doing nothing. It ain't right for one person to fight against the whole chess mafia/matrix system. Online ratings simply don't make any sense: - Some guys have 500 and 700 points of difference between time controls (enough games were played; if not enough games were played such discrepancies are normal, i.e. the rating didn't have time to go up). - IMs and FMs too often and too consistently perform at super GM level. - People farm rating and do other manipulations online. - Trolls/cheaters support the system and claim there's almost no cheating or they claim it is difficult to cheat in bullet/blitz. - Trolls/cheaters spread erroneous information such as rating pools don't have a correspondence to each other on different platforms or a correspondence to OTB. Some of them are actually titled players and even bloggers. Alternatively they sometimes belittle online ratings when a 2300 online is treated like FIDE 1900 or even below that. *This last point is the core of this matrix. It is the red pill I wanted to be revealed in this video but it was not. Well, I'm giving it a huge like anyway.*
Thank you for your comment. Many people are so immersed in the fake system that they will fight to protect it, especially those who have invested so much money: like, subscriptions, donations, following, do their idols, which turns out to be wolves in sheep's clothing... It's hard for people to let go of their "investment plans" if you know what I mean. They will continue to defend it, even when they know it's based on deception and lies. This is because they've invested so much, whether emotionally, financially, or both, that they become attached to the idea and will fight to protect it, even when the truth is clear
@@Cheats_Detected Yeah, they are selling principles and truth down the river for lucre and popularity just like in real life/business/etc. It may even undermine FIDE if the latter has to pay its respects to the online matrix (or receive sponsorship from them). FIDE's stance is too meek. They are not ready to do what needs to be done. The only way to fight it is expose cheaters and cheating. It will rub a lot of folks the wrong way but there's no other way. I am mostly worried about OTB but online is easier to deal with in terms of amount of cheating and rating inconsistencies of astronomical proportions. But I saw people perform too engine-like OTB recently and FIDE is not doing anything. It's like they are afraid to use ACPL again 'cause trolls and bloggers sing songs how ACPL means nothing and how they easily get 99% accuracy at amateur and even beginner level. And they swamp everything with this nonsense. It's like the truth has been buried deep on the bottom of the ocean and banned from ever mentioning it.
Also people on the r/chess. This subreddit is heavily compromised. This has now become obvious from recent daniel-kramnik saga. Not only is there a radio silence now about anything related to this but also any valid points and comments criticizing chesscom, hikaru ,etc gets maliciously downvoted. This has been the case for quiet some time now.
I tried to make an honest post there without even taking sides, and I got destroyed. Reddit overall is cancer, which I knew full well, but that was a good reminder not to go back there again.

Naroditsky just looooves to be up there with the great super grandmasters, but he is not close in strength. But thanks to internet you can, until you get cought :P I'm with you Kramnik :)
crazy how everyone was screaming insults at kramnik like he was a dog or som. but now after all of this evidence everybodys silent.(except for dina she never shuts her mouth). this is an amazing video btw. well edited.
Ok... I’ve changed my mind. I initially thought Kramnik had just lost it, like when he ignorantly expressed doubts about Hikaru because of the eval bar or his flawed statistics. But after seeing these clips of Danya… I mean, it’s really, really... reaaaally weird. And don’t get me wrong, I still refuse to believe that Danya (the nicest of all) would cheat, but I have to admit that the suspicion is quite reasonable.
Another person has been pulled from Chesstrix lies! It's overwhelming at the beginning, and you have to adjust your vision to the blinding brightness of the evidence
@@Cheats_Detected "Evidence"... I understand that a streamer who does many other things while playing, and potentially has other screens can be questionnable, but... How do you explain that he almost never wins huge prize events, excepted sometimes good places in Titeld Tuesday ? How do you explain his streght in bullet, where it's just impossible to cheat correctly ? The fact you bring some questionnable elements doesn't mean you bring proofs, especially without letting Danya explain himself about what you showed. Naroditsky always admits doing many other things while he plays, like reading the chat, explaining... It's not because he has other screens that he cheats, and there could be so many other explainations. Actually, do the reflected screen really looks like a chessboard or an engine accoarding to you ? Would Danya be stupid enough to look many times in few seconds at an engine, like against Hikaru, if he was actually cheating ? You do can, legitimly, call this video "new questions about Naroditsky", and ask Danya for explaination. But certainly not introduce it like a proof that he cheated. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. What you did is just dirty and as rumors are strong and many peoples don't understand anything at chess and just want drama, you are just publically destroying a potential innocent.
the behavior of the accused is more than enough to any common sense individual to know something is not right. hiding behind an echo chamber and a wall of fanbois and moderators, bans, lack fo discussion etc particularly when everyone in chess agrees cheating is a huge problem right now.
Eye watching distracted everyone from key point about Narocheatsky game: In bullet, he's WAY worse in quality of play than top GMs: ~8 % less top move, ~10% less top 5 moves, ~10 more CP loss. In other words: he's closer to 2500 or FM, than he is to Magnus, Nakamura etc. His playstyle is "speed over quality" and it's considered his specialty, since that's what he grinds. There's no way player of this playstyle goes into Blitz and starts putting streaks of games/wins with insane quality of play. Only other examples of such transformations are all other cheaters: Galchenko: top 3 in first engine moves after Magnus & Dubov vs top GM opponents, places 9th on local OTB tourney Peshkach: 0 blunders online vs top GMs, absolutely lost & does Queen dances OTB vs 2400 opponents Jacobsen: got banned for cheating against Narocheatsky himself, lol.
Why does one of the best online blitz and bullet players in the world need to check the opponent's clock every couple of seconds as soon as the game starts? It is not even a bullet, it is 3 min game often with an increment.
@@itsameamarioyaplumber3981 I agree, but don't they have a feel for that or that is the proper way of doing it - checking the clock every 2 seconds? I honestly don't know, other GMs could give feedback on how often they check the opponent's clock throughout the game from the beginning till intense situations and time scrambles.
@Stillandyet I'm a relatively strong player (2200) and when I play 3 min I check the clock quite a bit especially early and late in the game. I understand Danya is on a different level but checking one's time at least for me is not suspicious.
Kramnik has turned a lot of people off with how he has gone about his investigations, so no matter what the evidence is most people are gonna be turned away. That being said there seems to be a lot of legitimate questions regarding Danya and it will be interesting to see where this goes next
I think out of all of this evidence, to me, the most implicating clip is the one with reflection showing closing and opening of a white page. Theres a clip out there thats longer showing him doing multiple times during the game. I want explanation for that one, no way in my mind theres any reason to do that during a game.
The white page is the chat. He closed or minimized the chat so it does not distract him during the game. When he want to read the chat it is reopened. Nothing suspicious about this. Sometimes it seems like Kramnik supporters are suffering from paranoia.
The white page is on the screen to his right. If you watched the videos, it has been established that this screen is where the chat is. Or are you implying that this white page is a chessboard with engine running 🤣? Besides it is the upward glances the haters find suspicious. This white page is on the screen on his right side.
@@BigBrother2012 bro you have to understand, just because the suspicion is on him looking up doesnt mean he cant cheat in another direction a different time. Like use your brain. I am like 95% that white page is not chat, danya has his chat usually open non-stop, if he wants to focus, he just doesnt in that direction or uses emote only. I am probably top 100 viewers of danya, so I know exactly how he conducts his streams. Him opening and closing a tab 10 times is very suspicious (its not shown that much in this video but it is in the oroginal danya yt video). And plus, why would he open chat and close it 1 second later, what does that do? 😂😂
Initially I was in danyas side; but the evidence is conclusive. Nobody else could call out a GM of that level except a former world champion. Very solid
@ the guy who streamed with Dina Belenkaya live on RUclips… when she translated. He is from the Charlotte chess club.. he knew. You could tell he knew about the cheating at a bare minimum. Im wondering if they were roomates. Regardless the OTB Tournaments don’t line up with his online blitz. I think there is a 3rd monitor in the back. Why else would he have his desk/sett up in the middle of the room? Who doesn’t have it up against the wall in some fashion?
@@JCBCoin tbh nowadays you don’t need a third monitor to cheat just a small, narrow bar above the browser or chessboard that simply shows you the moves. I dont think he have a third monitor, though I could be wrong. As for the first part of your comment, I'm not sure who you’re referring to since I only see the @ symbol
Kramnik has legitimate concerns, but as people have been saying from the beginning his approach and methods have pushed people away. Let us remember, Kramnik will not stand by his own "evidence", if he felt it was conclusive he would definitively accuse Danya, or whoever else.
@@Cheats_Detected Very interesting video though, well made and fun. I would only take issue with the fact that to represent Kramnik's position and approach, it seems like you used a very small part of his third video on Danya, which feels disingenuous as it cannot possibly accurately represent how he approached the whole thing from the beginning.
absolutely agree...every online tournament should enforce strict monitoring, with clear camera angles and recordings. The integrity of the game depends on transparency. Great work on exposing what's really happening behind the scenes
Great video! How someone can follow Nakamura is beyond me. Such a 'prima donna' attitude and arrogance. Not to mention the obnoxious way of talking. As for Naroditsky, his hypocrisy and and fakeness is mind-blowing. Both know very well that under the green platform umbrella they can get away with a lot and will always have a plethora of fellow streamers, bots, and followers to swarm the media with the same comments: 'He is losing his mind' ' He is discrediting himself and the chess world' repeated 'ad nauseam' along with insults and abuse. Thanks for the video.
I don't get it. He checked a position during a speedrun that wasn't even the current position. This should be a non-issue. Danya has a lot of followers because he's knowledgeable and well-spoken; not just because of the green banner, and he's the furthest thing from fake, whether you like the guy or not.
I have just watched Mustreader podcast with Kramnik: "I confronted Vladimir Kramnik! PODCAST". Apparently Danya will not answer any question anymore (as if he ever did). But I am certain they eventually cook something. I really hope it is not the last video from your side. The Matrix is a trilogy. If you need some feed, just ask. There are quite a lot..., but I guess you have already figured out that part. Do not give up.
Thank you sir. We'll definitely continue working against all the cheaters out there who are stealing money from those who play fair and are trying to make a living from chess. They can't feel safe... all it takes is one word, one mistake, and they will be exposed in their dishonesty. We will continue doing our job
@@Cheats_Detected Hi could you show some examples of say Magnus or Hikaru or whoever looking at the chat such that it cannot be used as a fake excuse It's certain there will be differences when it's chat or an engine Also how various players eye movements in time trouble
Naroditsky calling Kramnik: "Bitch" is way too much for me...Mr. Kramnik if you read this, I'm sorry that i was misleaded and believed lies about you. nice video btw!
Genuinely made! Game over! In the end, lies crumble under the weight of truth. Truth will always prevail. The chesscommunity must stay united to ensure the integrity of the game.
Hikaru also moves his eyesight away a lot while he is playing, and if you compare Daniel's behaviour with him, it's completely different, it looks as if he is not concentrating at all. If you are on that level, you simply can't play well without full concentration.
@@Cheats_Detected By the way, during one of the Hans speed chess championship matches, I believe either against MVL or Wesley so, Danya was commentating, and I remember him saying "He would be down to play Kramnik just like jospem did if he had the chance, and particularly that he would like to play him all games over the board" Now, he has completely rejected the idea, worth noting.
For young fans of Hikaru, I will give an example. If you read the Harry Potter books, when Dumbledore said that the Dark Lord had returned, everyone started calling him a crazy old man.
bro not everyone defending danya is a hikaru fan or even a danya fan, they just see the ridiculousness of these claims and the lack of evidence and good faith in any of these arguments.
Yes... Clearly two boards active (for some time at least)... I am guessing now Danya has two set-ups ... First by watching his own games through a second account or something where he has additional info on just the current evaluation with the eval bar visible. This in itself can be already of HUGE help for a GM! The second option (the mysterious "white" plane) would be maybe some "software" / technical trick actually giving engine lines. Not sure which soft this could be... Would be awesome if somebody could find a program available somewhere actually doing this through a white screen ...
Hikaru had the same type of suspicion that Kramnik had about eye movements. Danya's fans are in trouble because they don't want to attack both Hikaru and Kramnik at the same time.
There is something incredibly satisying about a cheater being caught by the reflections from his own furniture choices. There's no explaining this away.
What do you mean ? According to Kramnik and his followers there should be a third monitor where the engine was running, which explained the glances. But the reflections show only 2 monitors, one with the chat and one with the board. It refutes the claim that Daniel is looking at the engine with those glances.
Whatever it is, if he can see it, it should be visible in the reflections, based on the angle of the glances. Unless he had the phone 10 metes away and using his super vision.
@@BigBrother2012 if you look closely there might be a third monitor almost perpendicular to the second one, right next to it, there is some light illumination there
What is bizarre about this is that you can see him closing and opening a window, twice, and DURING play, which alone is dubious to say the least. And believe me I am a FAN of Danya, I love his speed run content which has helped my own play and a LOT, but this is damning evidence that demands an explanation, not this descent into ad hominem attacks designed to emotively charge up his fan base. Nobody can be nor should be deemed above suspicion, especially online when it is just too easy to cheat presently…. And it REALLY pains me to say this, when I first heard about Kramnik’s accusations my immediate response was NO, can’t be, not Naroditsky, no way. But I am long term FAN of him, and have to admit to that bias, as well as wanting an actual explanation of what he was opening and closing on his second screen during play, rather than seeking to explain it away myself just because I don’t want it be true that one of my favourite chess personalities actually does cheat, at least on some occasions.
First 2 minutes is so funny good job :) remaining i knew the truth as experience chess player and what is normal and what is not for chess players moving eyes. That cheatcom clan Hikaru,Rench,Naroditsky,Gotham,Hansen and co should be ashamed
I think Gotham is the only honest one. He never cheated his way to #1 world ranking like Danya. He is humble about his own chess abilities. In a recent video he questioned the legitimacy of a chesscom cheating report and said that as a statistics degree graduate, he found their published data to be incomplete and unconvincing.
@@illarionbykov7401 Dont say honest. He has not been honest about this kramnik-danya episode. If you cant support kramnik just dont say anything at all. Thing is gotham does not need to cheat to earn his bread. His shtick does not need him to be a very good chess player.
@@illarionbykov7401 Believe me, it's not honest. That one only is much harder to catch... When playing against Pia, he has a very hard time winning, however, playing online he beats top 10 players frequently, interesting isn't it? Anyway, what do we all know? It's confidence, the fact of playing without seeing his opponent makes him play with a +500 elo performance. 😑 Sure, confidence works miracles, but how far are we going to let ourselves be fooled? 😑
And all he needed, instead of dramatic interviews, is to place one camera behind such that it covers both monitors and beyond and play like he normally does. Not multiple ones each covering some cut segment or from the side with no purpose.
Danya even revealed a smartphone in the background (on a very odd looking pile of books or smt) in one of his streams. Bet that is the "third screen" he keeps constantly glancing at
@@rhwing5095 and he literally streamed one TT with 4 cams, did he not? I mean, the truth of the matter is that there will never be enough proof to satisfy Kramnik…
Even before this video, my intuition was that he has some small bar above the opponents clock, showing perhaps the eval and one or two top candidate moves. Still waiting for conclusive evidence, though...
You don’t need to have an IQ over 130 to guess that there is something terribly wrong about the personage Naroditsky. He seems literally to read the engine lines. He’s owing the chess community clear&precise explanations. Instead he’s hiding. Actually he’s losing all credibility!
100%! I’d also like to hear Daniel’s side of the story about eye tracker and what he has to say because if he’s innocent, and it was a softwere issue, he should be doing everything possible to clear up these suspicions. Avoiding a response, unfortunately, only adds to the suspicions
VK was telling the truth all along, and they wanted to cover that truth with the filth of their excrement lies, just so the truth wouldn’t come to light. I hope this video will contribute, even a little, to changing people's opinions about VK, because as a former world chess champion, he does not deserve to be treated this way. I believe he is a gentleman enough not to treat others in the same manner, calling them names. He was just SUS for a reason. He was just suspicious for a reason. A person who feels blamed will always defend themselves in this way
I cant thank Kramnik enough for his solo crusade against cheating. But i also wish that he only starts accusing people only when he has solid proofs like in the case of danya. Just the winning percentages and accusing anyone with some sort of anomally like nihal, etc does more harm to the cause. Also his association with niemann does more hard than good;even if neimann might not have cheated otb. But again all this would not have been possible without kramnik. So thanks to him and also other small known youtubers who are uploading videos like this.
It is quite sad that a lot of people consider statistical anomalies as something frivolous, while this is actually the only irrefutable proof that is not subject of emotional attacks or distortion of perception. Unfortunately, some mathematical education needed to understand the significance of the anomalies, which is why it is so difficult to convince the general public and have to sink to the level of online clowns like Naka.
I dont think its frivolous .It is what got me interested in the first place. But statistics alone wont suffice in a court of law.I have always been a supporter of kramnik and will always be.But one cannot keep throwing everything at the wall and see what sticks.Only reason danyas case is exploding is because we have other proofs like eye movement, reflections to substantiate the case.
@@azizali1234 statistics is just a quantization of probabilistic data. What does it mean, in a court of law, "beyond a reasonable doubt", if not an implied acceptance that information passes a certain statistical threshold?
Hi, interesting video, could you please explain the methodology for the eye tracking part of this video? I could not find that part in the link in the description. Thanks!
@@Cheats_Detected Ah I didn’t notice that! Thank you sir. I was wondering what you make of this clip? You say Daniel is lying, but I’m not so sure. When he looks above the board, he says he’s looking at black’s clock. Could this not be due to some miscalibration? You mention that he looks at his white clock correctly, but I’m just not very familiar with the technology. Also, it makes no logical sense for Danya to upload this eye tracker video. If he were cheating, it would make no sense for him to cheat when trying to exonerate himself. Unless if you have an explanation? Just curious, thanks for reading!
Just after 5:00 in the video Naroditsky sniffs and brings his hand up to covertly wipe his nose. I've seen that in many non-chess streamers. Most of them were revealed to be druggies.
@danielhommers3995 Kramnik dethroned Kasparov, and your monkey Danya is the one who hides behind his screensss. Let me know when he will play an elite OTB tournament.
People completely misunderstand and overuse the concept of a Freudian slip. I'm not on Danya's side, but clearly that was an intentional attempt at a joke, albeit arrogant and arguably in poor taste.
I used to play this other game online competitively in the past - I was uncommonly good at it - other players would accuse me of cheating somehow - they were sure of it - I was prepared to do whatever I could do to demonstrate my legitimacy - but they would not hear it - their minds were made up - I would have preferred the chance to prove myself with a video call or whatever would satisfy the non-believer but since my offers to do so were refused I chose to take the accusations of cheating as a compliment
You have just been pulled from CHESSTRIX; it’s always painful in the beginning. We’ve all gone through this - "Now your eyes hurt because you’ve never used them"
@@Cheats_DetectedDanya has no shame. This is so obvious. There could be compilations from his glances. The funny thing is that when he played at the bullet chess championship or when he has someone with him in the room, he does not behave that way. This could be more evidence. What do you think ?
A fine level headed video. I'm a Danya fan but not braindead and needing to pick a concrete side like soooooo many commenters seem to be, and have listened to all of Kramnik's points and full on Danya seems extremely suspicious, you really don't need to be a genius to entertain this idea... At first I thought Danya would perhaps have an engine up the entire time he's speedrunning because to him (and I'm sure many others) it probably didn't seem like a big deal, and perhaps he regretted saying the "incident" was the ONLY time he'd done something like that. I think Fabi's comment about how he wouldn't have apologized if he were in Danya's position influenced Danya, and he probably wished he was honest to begin with about having engine running during speedruns. I think Danya ended up in a very unpleasant position, and perhaps because of his own doing, he is now subjected to the same kind of torment as the people in the witch trials, no matter what he says it will only make things worse. I must say though, I am sick and tired of sooooo many people saying Kramnik was never rude, and was polite etc, are you all unaware of what passive aggression sounds like? And patronization? And condescension, and gaslighting, and so on. He has been extremely rude, there is more to communication than just words, it's how you use them, and he is a textbook piece of antagonizing shit with his "i only asking quesions nonsense" ready to be blurted out whenever someone calls him out. If you're a non native english speaker or are autistic/can't hear changes in vocal pitch then I gather it's hard to notice they way Kramnik ALWAYS speaks, but trust me, it's pretty condescending and passive aggressive most of the time. He is just a narcissist without an identity, he acts how he wants for whatever purpose, to be seen the way he would like, to get the satisfaction he desires etc. And so many of you guys just lap it up, he's acting, and he's deranged. He's probably right about plenty of things, Danya for one has some things to answer, but it's all the stuff he's wrong about and won't acknowledge that is dangerous because it creates a suitable situation for a cult to form around him, because he comes across as infallible
Kramnik narcissist? Better look at Naroditsky's video thumbnails. Danya F-16 pilot, Danya astronaut, Indiana ''Danya'' Jones, Danya jumbo jet captain, Sherlock ''Danya'' Holmes, Danya firefighter and so on. He really could have been a great pilot he uses engines very well.
You really dont understand...It is not about Kramnik. We just do not like cheaters. It happens that Kramnik is the one that is trying to do something. And I am glad that there is a channel like this one ! If Hikaru took the lead against cheating it would be fine for me. Ah wait, he thinks there is 2% cheating in online chess...
Bravo on the video. Certainly suspicious behaviour by Danya I'm sorry to say. However, suspicious behaviour by means of eye movements and saying you're not going to curse someone then you do, is not enough to condemn a man and in that respect Danya's Salem Witch Trials comments do make sense. I was with you, until you wrote Kramnik's behaviour is respectful. That... is a deluded, laughable joke. I don't think that what he's doing to Naroditsky or Hikaru is OK and whether you understand it or not it is also illegal and sooner or later Kramnik will face issues whether by a lawsuit or via FIDE. What made it worse was his loss to Tykhon Cherniev and other comments about kids. I know Tykhon. I have been following him for three years. He is a real talent and he is certainly not a cheater. That, is, the problem. When you start blaming people as cheaters when they are not and when you proclaim yourself as a "knower" because you're a professional player and an ex world champion... but, when at the same time Carlsen, who Kramnik himself said is a much better player than himself and Kasparov, doesn't think Hikaru is cheating, doesn't think Naroditsky is cheating, etc. Not to mention, Carslen played with both literally hudreds of games. Far more than Kramnik ever did and yet Carlsen doesn't agree with Kramnik about anything. So to say "trust me I'm a professional players" is clearly an entirely meaningless statement. If you listen to the last ChessDojo podcast they say that at this point Kramnik seems ill and in need of help. After Kramnik self admitted to do the whole podcast with Danya at the Levitov channel by being deliberately cunning and lying to get what he wanted and of course the case of using someone else's account... it's all hypocrisy. So the bottom line here is that your video of trying to reveal hypocrisy is self-defeating when Kramnik himself has proven to be a hypocrite again and again. The sad thing is, I know some of the people Kramnik blamed are not cheaters and you can't ruin the career of a child without suffering the consequences. So the irony here is that I don't know for sure Danya isn't cheating but what I do know for sure is that Kramnik is doing illegal things, ruining the reputation of kids, cyber bullying without sufficient proof (and by the way even if he had proof he still can't do it on his own because being a vigilante is illegal!), he cheated himself, he's a hypocrete and finally... he's likely crazy and in need for help.
So your argument is that obvious evidence is not evidence, people who point to obvious evidence are mentally ill, and that telling the truth is illegal. When did Magnus say he doesn't believe Danya is cheating?
FYI Tykhon is constantly looking away from the chessboard at other computer screens while he plays. I know that's become "normalized" in modern game streamer culture, but that's because online esports and game streaming is a culture of rampant cheating and lack of respect for fair play. The number of cheating scandals in streaming esports is so vast, nobody can keep up with them all. Chess has now become infected by this culture of cheating, and I don't think we should accept it as "the new normal"
@@JarrettKirk So according to your logic, all it takes is to fabricate incriminating evidence against yourself so that everyone thinks it would be too stupid to be true. It’s a classic trick. relying on people to think "No one would be irrational enough to incriminate themselves" and that way, you might just get away with it. You're so naive, buddy, it’s almost laughable. Grow up and get a bit of wisdom, for crying out loud
@@Cheats_Detected Hi, thanks for the reply and I really enjoyed your video! Interesting stuff. Sorry I didn’t properly explain. My idea is that, logically, does it benefit Danya himself to post a suspicious video of him cheating? I think the answer is “No” because no matter what, it only makes him look more guilty! Also, Danya posting “incriminating evidence” is not “all it takes” for me to believe he is innocent. I consider the whole picture. But honestly, this isn’t my main takeaway from the video. The burden of proof is on the prosecutor, and I believe in innocent until proven guilty! So the main point is that the final clip in your video is not conclusive, in my opinion. Which means Danya is innocent, unless more conclusive evidence comes to light. (Also, Ad Hominem arguments actually hurt your position more than help it. I would stray away from those as they are counterproductive) Thanks for reading!
@@JarrettKirk Let me explain the situation a bit, because I don’t think you fully understand it, yet you have enough nerve to share your opinion on the matter without knowing the facts, which is very strange in the first place. If you don’t have the basic knowledge about the material, like eye tracking, where it came from, or who posted it online, then why are you even commenting? This wasn’t a recording by Daniel, but Daniel was asked by a Russian RUclipsr to stream it live, and the test was conducted during a live stream between Daniel and the RUclipsr. So the outcomes were what they were, with no chance to take them back or to alter/edit the footage _you can call it eye lie detector test ;). Do you understand now? The link is in the description of my video, but of course, you didn’t check it because you didn’t do any research. But again, you’re arguing without knowing the facts, just articulating what you feel is right, which is honestly a big laugh to me. How old are you, seriously? It’s like someone entering a courtroom, not knowing the case, and saying, "He’s not innocent because I feel like he didn’t do it" when they have no idea about the matter, you see? This is what you are doing right now. So, to wrap this up, your assumption is completely wrong because you didn’t care to do your own research. Instead, you trust someone else's opinion about it and is backed up by your emotions, guided by appearances and sympathy instead of objective truth. This says everything about your rationality, if you ask me. Sorry to be honest with you, but I prefer to tell the facts straight to your face. "Stultus ego sum, qui non quaero"
I understand that the effort may be greater but could you put subtitles in Spanish? I could do that job if they asked me, I would do it voluntarily, greetings
Do we have some eye tracking data from games where we assume him to not be cheating? Just seems not super helpful to only have the suspicious stuff without comparison.
@@Cheats_Detected The shit at 10:58 is hardest for me to wrap my head around....hopefully he will provide some explanation. But yes I will look at his bullet games - the problem is his setup has changed a lot...sometimes he leans very close to the monitor and it stands to reason his eye movements would change dramatically than when he is leaning back.
Okay the eye tracking thing is shaky at best. What would he be looking at slightly above the clock? Unless he has another monitor directly above? Seems speculative to me.
Hello! Have you checked the original and also listened to what he was saying at the exact moment he was looking above? Watch my video again - the translation is there for you. He claimed he was looking at the clock at that very moment, but the eye tracker data indicates he was looking way above it… it’s all right there. Before you even consider excusing him by saying the eye tracker wasn’t calibrated, take note of how accurately he looked at his own clock, which rules out the possibility of a calibration issue. In other words, Daniel lied. The question is: Why he lied and where is he looking so frequently above the board, above the clock, in a chess game? Hikaru claims that it’s obvious for him and clear. Not to be “glued” to the screen, but to glance somewhere else every 5 seconds is clear for Nakamura
@@Cheats_Detected I'm not questioning the calibration. I am saying what could he possibly be looking at above the clock? I highly doubt he had a third monitor there, it would make no sense. And to be clear, I'm not taking any sides here, I just feel like you're jumping to conclusions.
@@darkknight32920 It doesn't need to be another monitor at all. Pay attention that he is only streaming his browser, not the entire desktop. From his previous setups, we know there is a gap between the browser and the top of the monitor. This gap allows him to place plugins or programs. Another possibility (though less likely) is attaching a tablet directly to the laptop behind the monitor. This would keep his gaze slightly up, just 5 cm above the camera and higher than the screen. In this case, when asked to show the room, all he would need to do is pick up the laptop, rotate it, and show the room. The tablet would always stay behind the laptop. This shows how easy it is to outsmart the audience. Now, I'm not saying this happened. First it’s important to eliminate the possibility of programs or plugins between the browser and the top of the monitor. Question is: why does he stream only his browser, not his whole desctop? This would help prove his innocence and show full transparency
Kramnik: talk about eyes... take care of your unibrow first. Danya: use more video cameras to show why your eyes go everywhere. Hikaru?! self-righteous bs ... piss off and ban me.

The fact you bring some questionnable elements doesn't mean you bring proofs, especially without letting Danya explain hilself about what you showed.
The whole streamer culture is corrupt. If you're always doing other things on other hidden screens while playing rated games, switching apps, looking at messages from other people, listening to headphones, then you are doing things forbidden in real OTB tournaments. Doing any one of these things will forfeit your game in real chess. But streamers are somehow exempt. That's a problem. But Danya goes beyond that and sometimes looks at chess engine moves, and even mentions some of these unhuman computer-suggested lines. Danya admitted doing it at least once, and we know at least two other times he mentioned obvious computer moves while playing.
I just proved that Danya is lying about telling us he is watching the clock - Lie detected, confronted and proved. The rest, where is he looking at, what for etc, is just a matter of interpretation, but the fact that he was lying makes this interpretation very one sided
Yes, it's very questionnable, I dont say it's not. But as Danya streamed throusands of hours, of course sometimes he can do many things, and don't always remember what he did at a precise time. I agree, at 100%, that streaming rules must be changed, as if you do this OTB, you will be forfeited. For me, he is guilty for not showing the example in terms of transparence while he says cheating is a very big issue. He takes too many liberties, and he should not be authorized to do that. His use of engine in a speedrun was terrible in terms of example. Even through he was of course not cheating and just watching the beginning of an already won game. If he was cheating, would he say "Hmmm... I'm looking at the engine..."? Of course not. Someone who usually cheats would do everything not to be suspect, in any circonstances, while Danya is just to decomplexed about this serious issue. So, saying that Danya is cheating is another thing. As I repeat, with the fact that he doesn't win huge prizes, and that he is really strong in bullet, I strongly believe that he can get is current results legitimly. He should change of behavior concerning transparences, streaming rules should change, but I don't think Danya is a cheater. You can have your own interpretation, but interpretation is not a proof.

"The best chess video of 2024"-Gata Kamsky
100%!
Daniel’s reaction speaks for itself.
Online ratings simply don't make any sense:
- Some guys have 500 and 700 points of difference between time controls (enough games were played; if not enough games were played such discrepancies are normal, i.e. the rating didn't have time to go up).

Eye watching distracted everyone from key point about Narocheatsky game:
In bullet, he's WAY worse in quality of play than top GMs: ~8 % less top move, ~10% less top 5 moves, ~10 more CP loss.
Only other examples of such transformations are all other cheaters: Galchenko: top 3 in first engine moves after Magnus & Dubov vs top GM opponents, places 9th on local OTB tourney
Peshkach: 0 blunders online vs top GMs, absolutely lost & does Queen dances OTB vs 2400 opponents
Jacobsen: got banned for cheating against Narocheatsky himself, lol.

@@itsameamarioyaplumber3981 I agree, but don't they have a feel for that or that is the proper way of doing it - checking the clock every 2 seconds?

@@FreestyleReal-kh2sd Now he states that he can play Kramnik ONLY off camera... I wonder why

Bloody Brilliant

The "muh holocaust" at 11:12 is hilarious 🤣
There is something incredibly satisying about a cheater being caught by the reflections from his own furniture choices. There's no explaining this away.
What do you mean ? According to Kramnik and his followers there should be a third monitor where the engine was running, which explained the glances. But the reflections show only 2 monitors, one with the chat and one with the board. It refutes the claim that Daniel is looking at the engine with those glances.
@@BigBrother2012 could be a phone or laptop as well, carefully hidden from the reflection

It is quite sad that a lot of people consider statistical anomalies as something frivolous, while this is actually the only irrefutable proof that is not subject of emotional attacks or distortion of perception.

All we ask from Daniel is to tell us where he is looking, because, certainly, it’s not at the clock
The claim "Carlsen doesn't agree with Kramnik about anything" is simply untrue.
Always deflecting from the main subject...
Danya is without honor.

Exactly why that evidence is dubious at best and proves nothing in my opinion.
I will do that for you
Do we have some eye tracking data from games where we assume him to not be cheating? Just seems not super helpful to only have the suspicious stuff without comparison.
One hint here - check his bullet games, and compare his eyes movement yourself
@@Cheats_Detected The shit at 10:58 is hardest for me to wrap my head around....hopefully he will provide some explanation. But yes I will look at his bullet games - the problem is his setup has changed a lot...sometimes he leans very close to the monitor and it stands to reason his eye movements would change dramatically than when he is leaning back.
Amazing video 😮
This proves nothing, except for one thing 😬😁😁
Thanks Kramnik
Vlad it's neo no way.

That's funny, but most "conspiracy theories" of the past 4-8 years have turned out to be true. Jeffrey Epstein, P. Diddy, Hunter laptop, gain-of-function, vaccine side effects, Nordstream, Ukraine Nazis, etc. etc. etc.
Big conspiracy: some elite athletes are cheaters. Wow, mind-blowing, so far-feched !
@@victorfinberg8595 and RUclips deleted yet another one of my chess comments. Why are RUclips algorithms working to protect Danya?
@@illarionbykov7401 there are AT LEAST 6 possibilities.
1) you may be lying outright. i am NOT saying you are lying, but this is always a possibility that a third party must be aware of.
2) you are MISTAKEN. perhaps your comments are still there, but there is some error in the way YOU are using the interface.
3) youtube has in fact deleted your comments RANDOMLY, i.e. for no particular reason except that the system has "bugs"
4) your comments were OBJECTIVELY offensive. in this case, you would have no cause for complaint.
5) your comments would NOT be offensive to a reasonable person, but the system has somehow decided that they are offensive and should be deleted.
6) you have violated some TECHNICAL rule, eg. some channels ban the use of hyperlinks.
as you can see, there are many, many "explanations". i have personally observed ALL of the above, in large enough numbers that i can verify that they are all real. on the other hand, nobody that i have encountered can say FOR CERTAIN why the deletions happen.
to a certain extent, you just have to live with this stuff, which affects large numbers of people. after all, you are using a FREE service and can make no demands on the platform.
hope this helps
I understand that a streamer who does many other things while playing, and potentially has other screens can be questionnable, but...
How do you explain that he almost never wins huge prize events, excepted sometimes good places in Titeld Tuesday ?
How do you explain his streght in bullet, where it's just impossible to cheat correctly ?
The fact you bring some questionnable elements doesn't mean you bring proofs, especially without letting Danya explain hilself about what you showed.
@@Jean-BaptistePOQUELINjust leave it. I am taking myself out of this drama after watching this video and reading the comments.
Everyone is a sheep, either Danya can do no wrong or Danya is devil incarnate.
Nobody is thinking for themselves.
Accusations left right and centre.
No1 agrees on anything.
Frankly even if Danya is a cheater, I still dislike all this. It's literally a witch hunt. It won't end until all grandmaster are called cheaters.
People should analyse Russian GMs too, pretty sure most of them are cheaters too. And then Indians ,and then every country until no1 is a genuine player. Thats the only end I see for all this nonsense.
