Daniel Naroditsky ANOTHER DRAMA

The hardest part of all this is seeing how many of his close friends and acquaintances so naively believe in his innocence. This just shows how deeply people can misunderstand one another and how much someone can disappoint those who trusted them. Sometime...
This is a great video! Expose them all 👊🏻
Even looking at the chat during Play should be forbidden because people are giving moves there all the time. It is at least bad ethic...
@@chessbrilliance8783 fully agree!

Narodistsky cheater
"The best chess video of 2024"-Gata Kamsky
I don’t follow many chess streamers on Twitch, but Gata is unique. He despises cheaters, and so do I. He’s authentic and doesn’t pretend to be someone he’s not just for views, likes, or sponsorships. He speaks his mind honestly, without putting mask on or sugarcoating anything to please others. That’s why I like to watch his streams
Excellent work! Everyone who loves chess must watch this video!
This film is so EPIC that I find myself coming back to watch it from time to time, even though I already know everything in it. The way it’s put together is a true masterpiece!
That was a topnotch video production! The comment of Danya looking at the naked picture of Dina on the wall was epic! Although I like Daniel as a good commentator, I have to admit the cheating problem is so important that it justifies Kramnik's fight against cheaters and deserves praise, even though it went against Daniel. Point being nobody ain't doing nothing. It ain't right for one person to fight against the whole chess mafia/matrix system. Online ratings simply don't make any sense: - Some guys have 500 and 700 points of difference between time controls (enough games were played; if not enough games were played such discrepancies are normal, i.e. the rating didn't have time to go up). - IMs and FMs too often and too consistently perform at super GM level. - People farm rating and do other manipulations online. - Trolls/cheaters support the system and claim there's almost no cheating or they claim it is difficult to cheat in bullet/blitz. - Trolls/cheaters spread erroneous information such as rating pools don't have a correspondence to each other on different platforms or a correspondence to OTB. Some of them are actually titled players and even bloggers. Alternatively they sometimes belittle online ratings when a 2300 online is treated like FIDE 1900 or even below that. *This last point is the core of this matrix. It is the red pill I wanted to be revealed in this video but it was not. Well, I'm giving it a huge like anyway.*
Thank you for your comment. Many people are so immersed in the fake system that they will fight to protect it, especially those who have invested so much money: like, subscriptions, donations, following, do their idols, which turns out to be wolves in sheep's clothing... It's hard for people to let go of their "investment plans" if you know what I mean. They will continue to defend it, even when they know it's based on deception and lies. This is because they've invested so much, whether emotionally, financially, or both, that they become attached to the idea and will fight to protect it, even when the truth is clear
@@Bernard-Cheat-Hunter Yeah, they are selling principles and truth down the river for lucre and popularity just like in real life/business/etc. It may even undermine FIDE if the latter has to pay its respects to the online matrix (or receive sponsorship from them). FIDE's stance is too meek. They are not ready to do what needs to be done. The only way to fight it is expose cheaters and cheating. It will rub a lot of folks the wrong way but there's no other way. I am mostly worried about OTB but online is easier to deal with in terms of amount of cheating and rating inconsistencies of astronomical proportions. But I saw people perform too engine-like OTB recently and FIDE is not doing anything. It's like they are afraid to use ACPL again 'cause trolls and bloggers sing songs how ACPL means nothing and how they easily get 99% accuracy at amateur and even beginner level. And they swamp everything with this nonsense. It's like the truth has been buried deep on the bottom of the ocean and banned from ever mentioning it.
10:26 what we talking about, brilliant Danya
Great video. Singles out main points cutting out the bullshit around it. People calling Kramnik insane or crazy must not have watched his videos or are crazed fans of the subjects. Any objective observer comes to the same conclusion.
100%!
I inputted the position into an engine and it was clearly very winning for Naroditzky even when he was freaking out. If he really was looking up at the engine (and not over at the pawn on a7 which is what I think he was doing) he would have known the position was hugely winning and not freaked out.
You don't know what engine he could have and what depth was set. Against humans in blitz even some ''weak" engine is good enough. Danya isn't an idiot, he did ''it''wisely.
@@kristof80able It was not a complicated position at all for the engine. It was a very obviously winning position. His reaction doesn't look suspicious to me at all. The only incriminating thing could be if we could confirm he is looking away from the board.
@@kristof80able at first glance it looks like it might be a zugzwang which is why daniel reacted like that.
You can clearly see that the reflection contains the "grabbed" pieces from naroditsky just like it does in the screen capture. I don't see why any chess engine software would display the grabbed piece. Most likely just his actual game screen being reflected or perhaps his OBS preview window (or whatever its' called).
And isn't the "evaluation bar" you speak of just simply the timer stopping and starting when a move is made?
Ok it seems i'm not the first to realize this
@black_squall yes that was the timer, but there are still other questions which are still valid in this for daniel
@@Bernard-Cheat-Hunter I agree I'm just trying to go through them one by one and see what I think is valid.
@@black_squall I see. Good thing you are doing research on your own. Respect for that
Okay the eye tracking thing is shaky at best. What would he be looking at slightly above the clock? Unless he has another monitor directly above? Seems speculative to me.
Hello! Have you checked the original and also listened to what he was saying at the exact moment he was looking above? Watch my video again - the translation is there for you. He claimed he was looking at the clock at that very moment, but the eye tracker data indicates he was looking way above it… it’s all right there. Before you even consider excusing him by saying the eye tracker wasn’t calibrated, take note of how accurately he looked at his own clock, which rules out the possibility of a calibration issue. In other words, Daniel lied. The question is: Why he lied and where is he looking so frequently above the board, above the clock, in a chess game? Hikaru claims that it’s obvious for him and clear. Not to be “glued” to the screen, but to glance somewhere else every 5 seconds is clear for Nakamura
@@Bernard-Cheat-Hunter I'm not questioning the calibration. I am saying what could he possibly be looking at above the clock? I highly doubt he had a third monitor there, it would make no sense. And to be clear, I'm not taking any sides here, I just feel like you're jumping to conclusions.
@@darkknight32920 It doesn't need to be another monitor at all. Pay attention that he is only streaming his browser, not the entire desktop. From his previous setups, we know there is a gap between the browser and the top of the monitor. This gap allows him to place plugins or programs. Another possibility (though less likely) is attaching a tablet directly to the laptop behind the monitor. This would keep his gaze slightly up, just 5 cm above the camera and higher than the screen. In this case, when asked to show the room, all he would need to do is pick up the laptop, rotate it, and show the room. The tablet would always stay behind the laptop. This shows how easy it is to outsmart the audience. Now, I'm not saying this happened. First it’s important to eliminate the possibility of programs or plugins between the browser and the top of the monitor. Question is: why does he stream only his browser, not his whole desctop? This would help prove his innocence and show full transparency
The "muh holocaust" at 11:12 is hilarious 🤣
Do we have some eye tracking data from games where we assume him to not be cheating? Just seems not super helpful to only have the suspicious stuff without comparison.
One hint here - check his bullet games, and compare his eyes movement yourself
@@Bernard-Cheat-Hunter The shit at 10:58 is hardest for me to wrap my head around....hopefully he will provide some explanation. But yes I will look at his bullet games - the problem is his setup has changed a lot...sometimes he leans very close to the monitor and it stands to reason his eye movements would change dramatically than when he is leaning back.
Should there even be a clock there?
He's not looking at the clock he's looking at the pawn on A7. He's concerned about some kind of zugzwang in the time scramble but he figures it out.
@@black_squall bullshit he plays on a small laptop, His head line ends a a bit above the monitor(you can see in mirror behind) and he clearly looks above that line. And he cuts the vid in such a crucial moment and whisperes sth..

Kinda sus I must say since your last chapter is titled "the truth" 🤔. What are you hiding? Are you in kahoots with the chesstrix in any way? I have a weird feeling that this is meant to conceal something by making me feel like I discovered "the truth"!!

Daniel’s reaction speaks for itself.
I hope Naroditsky sues you for every cent you have and every cent you ever will have.
😂, but why? For exposing his cheating and using engine during matches?
I reregt wasting 5 minutes of my life. The totally lost position.. vs different positions of others? Danya could as well look at his other screen and start *** off to porn. Like what is this video even? Makes no sense at all. rofl
This is worth almost nothing. Anyone can sample a 5 minute videos of Gms where they are staring at the Screen and not looking away. It does how ever not prove at all that the same players dont have footage where they do indeed also look with their eyes somewhere else and not straight ahead. So this is an interesting idea but basically says nothing at all except the following: You found extremely short footage of different chess players playing chess and looking pretty str8 forward at the screen with their eyes. Nothing else basically. If you want to interprete anything else into this we go to the realm of fairy land. And if anyone finds any vod of any of these players also looking away it means either this is no hint at Danya cheating at all or everyone is cheating. Id rather assume that looking with your eyes to the side, at the roof or wherever is simply a movement some people make when they are trying to concentrate.
I've been defending Danya up until this point. I still don't know if he's "cheating" but there are some indications that he's using something to give real-time feedback of his positions. Probably an engine (he mentions this in another video). Where it's clear (to me) is the part where he says "I'm still lost. I'm still lost." with extreme certainty and then his expression changes to a more disconnected one and says "I'm still probably lost." as in "Wait a minute how can I know I'm losing here so quickly. There's going to wonder. So let's add "probably" to it" 3:45
Why does one of the best online blitz and bullet players in the world need to check the opponent's clock every couple of seconds as soon as the game starts? It is not even a bullet, it is 3 min game often with an increment.
Time management is surely important?
@@itsameamarioyaplumber3981 I agree, but don't they have a feel for that or that is the proper way of doing it - checking the clock every 2 seconds? I honestly don't know, other GMs could give feedback on how often they check the opponent's clock throughout the game from the beginning till intense situations and time scrambles.
Good point
@@Bernard-Cheat-Hunter As an amateur, I barely manage to check my own clock, and not even that when there is little time left.
@Stillandyet I'm a relatively strong player (2200) and when I play 3 min I check the clock quite a bit especially early and late in the game. I understand Danya is on a different level but checking one's time at least for me is not suspicious.
Danya really needs to start suing you people for defamation 🙄
That´s what you get for calling the audience stupid.
Not sure if I follow, what do you mean?
Fake news and waste of time. Good luck with the next video.
Ouch, that's gotta hurt.
I cannot see the evaluation bar.
Bloody Brilliant
In the hypocrisy section, you should've added clips of Nadoditsky being part of the mob against Hans in 2022. There's a clip where he explicitly says he thinks Hans cheated over the board, all with 0 evidence.
thanks for the idea
Upper left of reflection is upper right on screen which is where White’s clock is. When Black moves white’s clock highlights and is always same width. Mr. Naroditsky does not need to address any of your questions in any shape or form. As long as it is not an engine, the software that he runs is none of your business and accuracy just shows that he is good. And no: the majority of chess community is not asking for any of the clarifications you list.
Right, no need to check your trusted friend. Proper GM's concentrate on the game, But super duper ninja GM just plays the best moves with out thinking.
@@Gr8Believer i don’t know anybody in the world of chess. Never met a GM in my life. I just play it as a hobby and don’t invest too much time in studying it, other than watching videos here and there. And I think I have only watched 2 videos by Mr Naroditsky. I do not know and will never know how a proper GM concentrates. I do know I don’t need to think much to beat someone a few hundred points lower than me. I know I have had close to 100% accuracy in some of my games. In any case, the points/questions you raise are not proof of anything (answered or not) And stating that the majority of the chess community is seeking clarification to YOUR points is without basis. Ultimately, I think focus should be put on coming up with a solution: what is a practical setup that would alleviate/minimize possibilities of cheating?

@@SzymonMiedzianowski Resorting to Ad Hominem is always distasteful. Would love if you could give a well thought out response.
A fine level headed video. I'm a Danya fan but not braindead and needing to pick a concrete side like soooooo many commenters seem to be, and have listened to all of Kramnik's points and full on Danya seems extremely suspicious, you really don't need to be a genius to entertain this idea... At first I thought Danya would perhaps have an engine up the entire time he's speedrunning because to him (and I'm sure many others) it probably didn't seem like a big deal, and perhaps he regretted saying the "incident" was the ONLY time he'd done something like that. I think Fabi's comment about how he wouldn't have apologized if he were in Danya's position influenced Danya, and he probably wished he was honest to begin with about having engine running during speedruns. I think Danya ended up in a very unpleasant position, and perhaps because of his own doing, he is now subjected to the same kind of torment as the people in the witch trials, no matter what he says it will only make things worse. I must say though, I am sick and tired of sooooo many people saying Kramnik was never rude, and was polite etc, are you all unaware of what passive aggression sounds like? And patronization? And condescension, and gaslighting, and so on. He has been extremely rude, there is more to communication than just words, it's how you use them, and he is a textbook piece of antagonizing shit with his "i only asking quesions nonsense" ready to be blurted out whenever someone calls him out. If you're a non native english speaker or are autistic/can't hear changes in vocal pitch then I gather it's hard to notice they way Kramnik ALWAYS speaks, but trust me, it's pretty condescending and passive aggressive most of the time. He is just a narcissist without an identity, he acts how he wants for whatever purpose, to be seen the way he would like, to get the satisfaction he desires etc. And so many of you guys just lap it up, he's acting, and he's deranged. He's probably right about plenty of things, Danya for one has some things to answer, but it's all the stuff he's wrong about and won't acknowledge that is dangerous because it creates a suitable situation for a cult to form around him, because he comes across as infallible
Kramnik narcissist? Better look at Naroditsky's video thumbnails. Danya F-16 pilot, Danya astronaut, Indiana ''Danya'' Jones, Danya jumbo jet captain, Sherlock ''Danya'' Holmes, Danya firefighter and so on. He really could have been a great pilot he uses engines very well.

Danya does appear to be looking exactly where he looks when analysing games and looking at theory. I mean he looks there when playing pretty frequently. Anyone saying that is not the case is blind or stupid.
conspiracy theorists all share the property that they believe they are smarter than everyone else, while in fact they are always incredibly ignorant of all the relevant material.
In the history of mankind there were never any conspiracy. Nothing, never ever was hidden. People are good and always telling the truth.
That's funny, but most "conspiracy theories" of the past 4-8 years have turned out to be true. Jeffrey Epstein, P. Diddy, Hunter laptop, gain-of-function, vaccine side effects, Nordstream, Ukraine Nazis, etc. etc. etc.

@@victorfinberg8595 and RUclips deleted yet another one of my chess comments. Why are RUclips algorithms working to protect Danya?
@@illarionbykov7401 there are AT LEAST 6 possibilities. 1) you may be lying outright. i am NOT saying you are lying, but this is always a possibility that a third party must be aware of. 2) you are MISTAKEN. perhaps your comments are still there, but there is some error in the way YOU are using the interface. 3) youtube has in fact deleted your comments RANDOMLY, i.e. for no particular reason except that the system has "bugs" 4) your comments were OBJECTIVELY offensive. in this case, you would have no cause for complaint. 5) your comments would NOT be offensive to a reasonable person, but the system has somehow decided that they are offensive and should be deleted. 6) you have violated some TECHNICAL rule, eg. some channels ban the use of hyperlinks. as you can see, there are many, many "explanations". i have personally observed ALL of the above, in large enough numbers that i can verify that they are all real. on the other hand, nobody that i have encountered can say FOR CERTAIN why the deletions happen. to a certain extent, you just have to live with this stuff, which affects large numbers of people. after all, you are using a FREE service and can make no demands on the platform. hope this helps
Proving that its technically possible he cheated is not at all the same as proving that he cheated. This is like arguing that because its possible that any given person is a sexual predator, that's evidence that everyone is a sexual predator. Ability to commit the act isn't evidence of guilt, its a baseline requirement before you can even present the question. It is extremely easy to cheat in chess. If the standard is that you are guilty until you can prove innocence, then everyone is a cheater.
Proving that someone isn’t telling the truth is proving they’re lying and that they’re a liar. At this point their entire credibility is called into question. Altough I agree, demonstrating that someone lied isn’t definitive proof that he was using engine, but in this case, he needs to explain where he was looking, because it certainly wasn’t at the clock, as shown in the video he provided himself. The conclusion as to why he lied seems very onesided tho, especially with him being silent for a long time now...
@@Bernard-Cheat-Hunter He lied for educational purposes
"its possible that any given person is a sexual predator," This is a false equivalence fallacy. Do you have video of a predator's eyes constantly moving to the side to look at a woman's skirt while sitting at the restaurant? You repeatedly spout conspiratorial rubbish and endless aspersions at Naroditsky's honesty and his character and you have absolutely nothing to back it up. I've watched all your videos, and all of Kramnik's, and there's nothing at all. If I had any doubt at all before, I now know Naroditsky is clean, because a huge amount of effort has been made to prove otherwise, and it's come up with absolutely nothing. All you have done is demonstrate beyond any doubt that he isn't a cheat. I wonder if Danya paid you for this. He couldn't have got a better friend - look what my enemies have - nothing at all! That's better than anything a friend could say. And if he does cheat, you have given him the best possible smokescreen to hide behind. Well done.
These mirror shots need some AI enhancement to see the arrows or the engine suggestions list and its a done deal. Where are you AI? We need your help.
This is all you got? Eye movement? Seriously? This just shows that you never saw him commentating games either because his eye movement is the same. You can also see his face that looks kind of "lost" when he is trying to answer the question and read something on the second monitor at the same time. I cannot believe i need to explain this lol
You yourself proved the point of the video, when he comments he's also looking at the engine to know the best variations 😅 (btw, I don't mean to make fun of you with my comment). ☺
You have a problem if you are Hikaru's fan. If you criticize the analysis of eye movement, then you must also criticize Hikaru for talking about Petrosian's eyes.

You don’t need to have an IQ over 130 to guess that there is something terribly wrong about the personage Naroditsky. He seems literally to read the engine lines. He’s owing the chess community clear&precise explanations. Instead he’s hiding. Actually he’s losing all credibility!

@@Bernard-Cheat-Hunter Hi, thanks for the reply and I really enjoyed your video! Interesting stuff. Sorry I didn’t properly explain. My idea is that, logically, does it benefit Danya himself to post a suspicious video of him cheating? I think the answer is “No” because no matter what, it only makes him look more guilty! Also, Danya posting “incriminating evidence” is not “all it takes” for me to believe he is innocent. I consider the whole picture. But honestly, this isn’t my main takeaway from the video. The burden of proof is on the prosecutor, and I believe in innocent until proven guilty! So the main point is that the final clip in your video is not conclusive, in my opinion. Which means Danya is innocent, unless more conclusive evidence comes to light. (Also, Ad Hominem arguments actually hurt your position more than help it. I would stray away from those as they are counterproductive) Thanks for reading!
@@JarrettKirk Let me explain the situation a bit, because I don’t think you fully understand it, yet you have enough nerve to share your opinion on the matter without knowing the facts, which is very strange in the first place. If you don’t have the basic knowledge about the material, like eye tracking, where it came from, or who posted it online, then why are you even commenting? This wasn’t a recording by Daniel, but Daniel was asked by a Russian RUclipsr to stream it live, and the test was conducted during a live stream between Daniel and the RUclipsr. So the outcomes were what they were, with no chance to take them back or to alter/edit the footage _you can call it eye lie detector test ;). Do you understand now? The link is in the description of my video, but of course, you didn’t check it because you didn’t do any research. But again, you’re arguing without knowing the facts, just articulating what you feel is right, which is honestly a big laugh to me. How old are you, seriously? It’s like someone entering a courtroom, not knowing the case, and saying, "He’s not innocent because I feel like he didn’t do it" when they have no idea about the matter, you see? This is what you are doing right now. So, to wrap this up, your assumption is completely wrong because you didn’t care to do your own research. Instead, you trust someone else's opinion about it and is backed up by your emotions, guided by appearances and sympathy instead of objective truth. This says everything about your rationality, if you ask me. Sorry to be honest with you, but I prefer to tell the facts straight to your face. "Stultus ego sum, qui non quaero"
Hi, interesting video, could you please explain the methodology for the eye tracking part of this video? I could not find that part in the link in the description. Thanks!
check 1:00:40 of that video and turn on english subtitles
@@Bernard-Cheat-HunterHmm I’m not seeing an English subtitles option, what is he saying here?
@@JarrettKirk At 15:25 of my video above, the scene plays with the already translated Russian into English. Take a look
@@Bernard-Cheat-Hunter Ah I didn’t notice that! Thank you sir. I was wondering what you make of this clip? You say Daniel is lying, but I’m not so sure. When he looks above the board, he says he’s looking at black’s clock. Could this not be due to some miscalibration? You mention that he looks at his white clock correctly, but I’m just not very familiar with the technology. Also, it makes no logical sense for Danya to upload this eye tracker video. If he were cheating, it would make no sense for him to cheat when trying to exonerate himself. Unless if you have an explanation? Just curious, thanks for reading!
it all depends now on how many views this video gonna get
