This was my first wearable that I knitted. So easy to follow and looks great. I used a thicker yarn, but just adjusted my cast on to be the width I wanted. I loved this one so much that I'm now following your Dotty sweater pattern. 😊

Very new knitter here and I think this will be a perfect project for some cotton yarn I recently bought.

Thanks again for another great tutorial and pattern. I’m excited because now I know what I’m going to make with the linen yarn in my stash! 🥰

Thanks for this summer tee pattern & video! I had been thinking about a stitch pattern like this recently to give the top a little dimension.

This is beautiful. I have a couple of questions - could you do a three needle bindoff instead of sewing. I do love that technique. Then, could you add stitches to create cap/short sleeves at the top of the panels?. I am a senior citizen and really dislike wearing sleeveless tops or dresses. I do love your tutorials. You are great to listen to and follow. Thank you

Hi Dawna. You could do a three needle bind off, but you would still have to bind off the stitches in the center for the neckline. If you would like to add a cap sleeve, I would suggest doing so by picking up stitches across the top edge of the armhole after the shoulders are joined and then knitting the sleeve down from there. I hope this helps!

@@YayForYarn thank you. This makes much more sense. I don’t mind sewing but I really love the neatness and look of the three needle bindoff

To make the sleeves longer so they don't look like capped sleeves, how should I modify the pattern?

Hi. To make the sleeves longer, you could pick up stitches around the armhole and knit a sleeve onto the tee in the round. This would give a t-shirt style sleeve. I hope this helps!

Hi Yvonne. To view the free version of the written pattern, click the text that says "See More" right below the video title. That will open up the video description. You can view the free version of the written pattern by clicking the first link in the video description, or you can purchase the ad-free, premium PDF version of the pattern by clicking the second link in the video description. I hope this helps!
