@@krithika6269 oh my gosh i couldn't have said it better. my ex best friend always had her life together (most of the time at least) and she was so belittling of everyone else's lives around her and accomplishments including mine. and she was so self centered and acted like she was above everyone else. like being "that girl" should also include being a kind person and non judgmental of everyone else's lives because everyone is on their own path and no one has the same goals and priorities.

instead of working out u could go for walks !! i’m not the biggest fan of exercising either but going on walks isn’t very tiring but still is good 4 u nd ur health :)
that's what i do too, but it isn't good. it can lead to eating disorders, and i speak from experience. just make sure to eat something and in moderation, you health is your #1 priority! sending love
