The same way some people routinely wake up late, check their phone for hours in bed, then watch tv. Maybe it's unrealistic to you, but not to them

For example, getting up at 4 am and being super productive straight out of bed. Not a single second wasted. Although It is possible, I doubt it happens every single morning.

This was me for like 3 solid months during lockdown, it was depressing! And even though I still do that every now and then, now I am waking up at 5 and 6am each morning because I really understand now how much it makes me happier to relax in the morning for 3 hours or so before work. The way I made it a habit was by making sure I had things I wanted to get out of bed for. For me, this was things like going on a morning walk with no one around and reading a book on a bench, tidying the kitchen and making my house feel fresh & clean, or just playing one of my fav games on the Playstation for a few hours. I wrote all of the things down that I want to do in the mornings, and keep that piece of paper next to my bed to look at before I go to sleep. I also keep myself excited and positive for waking up early by watching calm videos like this and adding things to my health & fitness Pinterest boards 🙂 Hope you get closer to where you want to be, too. We can do it

Nobody asked, but heres my morning routine for school: -Get up at 9:10 because my mom is nice enough to wake me up and give me something small to eat -stay on my phone until 9:45 -join my first period at 9:45 - sleep through first period -go to second period -3rd period is fun, because i get alternating days off. 2 days off, then 2 days in a health (its fun because i have a nice teacher) - i go to fourth period and semi pay attention - i go to 5th period, english, and dont pay attention the whole time.. i hate the teacher with everything lol - i go downstairs for lunch, which my dad has prepared for me (thank you dad) Its 1 pm my now - i go to 7th period, im forced to pay attention because the teacher is rude and downgrades us - last period, algebra, i pay attention but its boring and difficult -after school i go to my bed and go on my phone for an hour or two - take a 3 hour nap - eat dinner, go back to my room and on my phone -at about 11:30 pm i start homework - finish homework at about 1 am - go on my phone until 3 am, then i pretend to cuddle into a fictional character and sleep. -repeat

I too enjoy waking up early even though I can't be consistent for long. I have anxiety and insomnia bc I am a business owner, but when I do manage to wake up at 5 am or 6 am (and I have a resting 7-8 hours sleep) I eat, take a long walk and the jump into work. I would be so stressed out if I would waste so much time with yoga, workout and morning pages. I understand that you enjoy those activities but I would have slept in or done anything else :)) There is that saying: time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time. I usually do my morning pages at around 12 when I am kinda tired of my work and I just want to take my mind off work. (I am a fashion designer)

day 1-today is so productive for me watch the sunrise is the best meditaton It was not difficult for me to get up at 5 o'clock because I normally woke up around 5: 30-6: 00.

4:30am:wake up and look on instagram for 3 minnutes
4:40:pee, take a shower and get dressed
5:00: eat first half of breakfast and study
6:00:eat second half of breakfast and study until 8
No skincare routine because IDGAF
