Could you please tell me if the one that says cake flour in the recipe is the one that we call wheat flour in Mexico or is some special flour, I really want to make your cakes and only that doubt I have, please I would appreciate your answer
I made this recipe, and although the measurements were not exact (I don't have a great scale for measuring grams), it turned out so delicious! My family really loved it. Also I only had powder gelatin on hand but it worked out just fine.
@@sitosan80 I followed the recipe and measured the powder in grams. Since my scale is not very sensitive to smaller amounts, I had to just assume that a certain amount was probably good enough. I've made the recipe at least twice since then and had no problems, despite my fairly inaccurate measuring of the gelatin powder.
@@elisa8907 I want to do using gelatin pwd can you just tell me how to do. I m new to this. How u did with gelatin please explain the water in tbsp/ml n powder used for each layer.

For the milk chocolate layer I used 1 gram of powder as well, and for the oreo cream layer I used 3 grams, just as it says in the recipe.

it honestly depends 100% on the weather and temperature - apart from the state of your cookies, of course. sometimes they'll be completely stuck to the cream while some other days it'll come off on its own
Did not turn out nice. Or decent. I am my family’s shame. I will not attempt to bake for another 364 days else I will cease to exist. I would deserve it after creating the monstrosity that was my ‘birthday cake’
