20g cake flour
20g ground almonds
15g cane sugar
pinch of salt
1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
20g unsalted butter
30g walnut
■Baked cheesecake
200g cream cheese
50g cane sugar
2 eggs
100ml heavy cream
15g cake flour
5ml lemon juice
