    Ingredients材料:
    150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed (消化饼干碎)
    60g/ 1/4 cup butter (牛油)
    500g/18 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
    100g/1/2 cup caster sugar (细砂糖)
    30g corn flour (玉米粉)
    3 large eggs (鸡蛋)~ Grade A
    200g Sour cream (酸淇淋)~ 200g dairy whipping cream mix with 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice (200克动物性鲜奶油加入1 1/2汤匙柠檬汁混合均匀)
    Crumble (奶酥):
    100g/ 3/4 cup plain flour (普通面粉)
    45g / 3 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
    50g salted butter(盐味牛油)
    50g / 1/2 cup walnut , toasted and chopped (烘香核桃,切碎)
    Filling (苹果馅) :
    2 green apples (青苹果,去皮切丁)
    1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
    2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (肉桂粉)
    2 tbsp raisins (葡萄干)
    1 tsp plain flour (普通面粉)
    Bake in water bath at 160°C for 70minutes.
    用水浴法,以160°C烤70分钟。
