Hello my dear Dimeira.. this recipe is so easy to make and looks so delicious. I make the same one but i use yogurt to make the sauce, I want to try your recipe for sure🌺
I actually used oatmeal (already cooked with vegetable stock) as a filling for courgettes and it worked a treat..great recipe, by the way! First time I ve seen bechamel sauce prepared with olive oil, great idea.
@@randomsurfer3963 I used olive oil recently and it was a bit overpowering. I added extra myzithra cheese to compensate. Only reason was because I forgot I had no butter. Perhaps use a mild tasting olive oil.
@@mariakoufalis1487 I imagined so, bechamel has too delicate of a taste not to be affected by olive oil. I have tried using once sunflower oil and it was alright, simply because I forgot butter..
