    Yia su Demetria mou, another lovely recipe! I prefer to use ground lamb, and add a teaspoon of good Cyprus dried mint along with the oregano, with chopped fresh mint as garnish. But each to their own! Love from the UK 🇬🇧

      I actually used oatmeal (already cooked with vegetable stock) as a filling for courgettes and it worked a treat..great recipe, by the way! First time I ve seen bechamel sauce prepared with olive oil, great idea.

      @@randomsurfer3963 I used olive oil recently and it was a bit overpowering. I added extra myzithra cheese to compensate. Only reason was because I forgot I had no butter. Perhaps use a mild tasting olive oil.

      @@mariakoufalis1487 I imagined so, bechamel has too delicate of a taste not to be affected by olive oil. I have tried using once sunflower oil and it was alright, simply because I forgot butter..
