I just finished this workout and really felt good.. This is my second class with you.. Tku Hannah.. Love, light and blessing. I enjoy this more than yoga as I am an active person and dont prefer tooo slow paced exercises. Yours is a good mix and makes me sweat. I had a question does this help in loosing weight too. I also do other cardio and weight trainin.. But due to hypothyroidism its challenging.. But m still good to go💪

Hi Laura! Thank you for the feedback and I'm so sorry it was distracting! And yes, I agree! I actually moved to this apartment because I thought the shot looked so beautiful, unfortunately the resort it was on wasn't so straightforward with me and actually had very large corporate and families bookings so what was supposed to be a peaceful area to shoot was too loud. I moved shortly after. If you get a chance to watch my new videos, many of them have nice images with better audio, and hope you will give me a second chance! I stayed on top of hotel during that time so it was a bit loud. Check out my recent videos for a better sound 💛
