Don Rich was a bit ahead of his time. Buck Owens pleaded with him to stay off that motorcycle, but he didn't listen and was taken from us way too soon.
The heartbeat of The Buckaroos, and a perfect harmony for Buck's live performances.
    Thanks for this tutorial.

Walk Don't Run by The Ventures! It was one of the songs that inspired me to want to play the guitar. The other one was Torquay by The Fireballs!

I have played Walk Don't Run in every band since my FIRST in Jr. High (1964) thru to current - It hit #1 on the charts TWICE (1960 & '64), by the same band! I will add "Pipeline" by the Chantays in the same vein - they did an awesome acoustic version a while back ("Wooden Pipe") - thanks for the vid! Always glad to add a Buck Owens tune!

Funny. I had a regular happy hour gig at a blues bar here in Sacramento California on Thursday nights for years. We’d play this song, Rumbke, Miserlou, Radiohead , The Kiinks , Neil Young and The Clash. We split eventually because I’m a singer songwriter oriented guy and my friend was a country shreddder. So now I’m watching your channel so I can beat him at his own game hahah.

This is the most complete content on the web. I just signed in for the first time and downloaded your tab for 'Buckaroo'. I love that you include music notation because the rhythms in country music are hard to decipher. I've also been looking for days to find any tab that could give me clues to the steel guitar solo and yours is the first. The video is first class- easy to see the fingerboard plus, the step by step approach makes it easy to follow. Thanks so much; I think that I will be spending a lot of time on your site. Cheers, Michael from British Columbia.

The late great Don Rich. I got to witness Buck Owens in the flesh at Bimbo's 360 club in San Francisco back in the late 1990s.
