These drills have been round for a while and unfortunately a lot of people dont do them. I was shown these a good 12 years ago and from doing the drills and maintaining focus my avg shot 204 to 215... From time to time I still do the drills and maintain my 229/235 avg.....thank you for posting

In drill #4, can you give tips how to target the direction of the ball to the right. At minute 6:10, left leg at board 29, ball drop at board 26, ball on 3rd arrow?

Please us how to perform these drills when most of the bowling alleys charge up to $6.00 a game. Some alleys are charging by the hour, up to $30.00. I appreciate telling us about these drills, can the USBC help us here?

I have said this for years...Its not what the ball could do, its what YOU can do with the ball.....Your ball is not gonna make your game.. YOU make your game.. Yes the ball plays a major part but unless you know how and where to throw it then it doesnt matter what type of ball you have .... You work on the drills and other tips you come across ... Work on focus, technic and mainly consistency.. and you will slowly notice a change in your game and of course avg and scores will grow..
