The result was jus awesome! I used pineapple essence instead of vanilla because i didn’t had it. But its really really tasty! It was moist and juicy. Do you not realize?? She makes it in the oven completely and then just puts the bread along with the tin inside that pot to make it look like that got cooked inside the pot. The way the bread has turned out to be, I'm sure it was made inside a convection oven.

      You can definitely bake it this way... But I'm not sure about the recipe

    • @reetigaula
      @reetigaula 4 года назад +30

      Nope. It’s not a lie. I do not have an oven in my kitchen. But I frequently use this method to bake breads and cakes. Things you should have are: a big enough kadai to put the baking tray in without getting your hands burnt, and a wire rack or something similar to place the tray on. What you should do is preheat the kadai for about 5-10 minutes before putting the tray in. That’s it. You needn’t even put sand or salt in the kadai like when you do while using the cooker. And there would be no steam when you open the lid, since we are not putting water in the kadai when we are baking. That being said, this is no way to talk to somebody. If you are doubtful about the method, you can 1. politely enquire about it to the content creator without being derogatory, 2. research about the method in other videos in RUclips (which is one of the reasons why we use this platform, isn’t it?) or other platforms, 3. ask other bakers or enthusiasts in the comment section about the same, just like you did here but in a nicer way. We should know this by now, shouldn’t we? Do we really need this negativity right now?

      Most probably it won't work out that well as the consistency of both the flours are different...but you can still experiment by mixing the two flours in equal parts and try it out on a small batch just to check if it works. Maybe you will have to keep it on the gas for a little longer but the taste will surely vary....
